I have a question, If you have a weeding planer do you meet them like in an office. Or would they meet with you at coffee shop or like go somewhere with you to take a look or show you something? This is just a question I have because I am writing a story, is not a big part but I would like to know if it would be weird to meet your weeding planer in like a more open and less stiff environment kind of thing. I not sure how to explain it. I kind of need an excuse to make a scene work.

ahem, And lighting.... Us lighting companies book pretty far out and require time to design your look and acquire the proper gear and technicians you need to get what you really want. They also give HUGE discounts the further you book out so you can get more bang for your buck, like bubbles or special fx projections like JLo had on her dress at the golden globe awards. ;)

Is a wedding planner different than a wedding coordinator? Is there a full all in 1 planner and coordinator, design team, and help find the party favors?

Yes a coordinator is different from a planner and there are some videos on UA-cam that explain the difference. Yes there are wedding planning companies that offer all of those services, they may have a dedicated person on the team for design, coordination etc.
