Tune of the decade. Probs one of my fave nights ever was compa for 2 hours followed by digital mystikz for 2 hours in sheffield. Compa was at the front in the crowd with me and my mate for the full 2 hours for digital mystikz. respect.
heard this being rocked by the Rub A Dub Hi Fi sound system from Dublin, Ireland during a clash at The Irish Soundsystem Gathering 2017 last weekend, great track, great crew
fully gassed to have grabbed the repress, wasn't really collecting records when the white label was about. still about 70 available on the repress if anybody sees this in time
retardno002 Why not use Synths? Producer is just laying a melody with a sub and getting a geeza that you can't understand saying lryics. All i can hear is a rifle guess another lyricist that can't be original think of new stuff. Least remove the lryics, add decent bass synths with filters then won't be a bad track
TSDREX Then you aren't listening fam. Listening objectively as a producer this song is brilliant with regards to both mixing, remixing and general song structure. Dubstep isn't as formulaic as to insist on having synths, basses and drums. It's more an attempt to use space, rhythm and sub bass to conjure emotions in the listener. Clearly this is lost on you.
Jungl3J4ck I'm not really into the boring side of dubstep you know the ones where the producer is being lazy and just added a sub with melody (Most likely added Midi from dub/raggae tune & made it to fit with the song). Anyone can easily do that, but i do agree that the mastering is great even though producer don't have to worry as much as he just adding a sub and the kick Both in low frequencies and alot of room for Vocals and perc as in other songs theres Synths, sub, drums, vocals, musical e.g piano strings etc

Honestly come back to this video all the time. It’s literally a time stamp from how a generation sounded to us, perfectly.
What generation is that?
Will remain in my top 25 Dubstep tracks of all time. Can't rival that dance-hall kick pattern combined with the aggression of that bassline.
Proof that Dubstep can go hard without square or saw waves.
lots of tracks do this. not hating, just saying.
Old school.
Listen to Compa's tunes, it's all reverb.
One of my favourites...i always come back to this song...it's fucking good 🤙❤❤❤❤❤
In love with that one, thanks Compa!! :)
And thanks to the uploader ...

This is a remix and the name is titled incorrectly and misleading.

Not feeling this, No synths apart from basic sub and a geeza lyrics you can't understand.
TSDREX That's how it's supposed to be. Fuck synths!
