Said before and I’ll say again with ice spice her team fumbled the bag for her, they didn’t curve out a plan for her after achieved a legit organic, authentic overnight success with munch, after that song blew her up, they should’ve done legit artist development for her, have her drop more than one EP/mixtape, use her new mainstream success to expand her brand through endorsement/sponsorship deals and collabs/features with bigger artists, actually built a legit cult following fanbase through personal engagement, and especially most importantly take that criticism of her talent as a rapper and performer by seriously by putting her in some private lessons on songwriting and dancing/performing, I also think they could’ve made her live her life so she can actually have experiences to write in her music and stay grounded, like encouraging her to get back to college more part time. This is a issue within the music industry to why we don’t have legit superstars anymore and one of the reasons artist development is dead, it’s only alive through indie labels/management companies that end up giving artists horrible 360 deals
i hate how natural stars don’t blow but time n energy should/is wasted on “developing” mediocrity. ice never gave real artistry, yall blaming everyone but her
@@mishcatsI’m not blaming anyone tbh to be a crossover star today you don’t have to be thd most talented person but have alot of charisma, versatility in your music and great marketing, the talent is just the thing keeps a float much longer so I just said that her team fumbled the bag with their job for her record rollout
