I remember a few years ago telling our local postmistress (in a small post office in a village at the end of the road in coastal Labrador) about SSD. She got all excited and started to tell the story of how they once had a letter from somewhere in Alberta but the name and address on the envelope was somewhat blurred - so they had to talk to people in the village about who might be expecting a letter from Alberta. She started laughing and was excited about the story - and I couldn't help thinking when she was talking that she would fit right into the show.
I simply can’t wait til this Sunday!!! Hope SSD continues with more episodes!!! Love this series!

Love this series. I have the entire DVD collection and have watched them through chronologically at least 7 times. I seemed to see something I missed on previous viewing. Hope there are more down the line.

Calling Gregory Harrison, "Mr. Handsome" is pretty accurate. I've really appreciated him since the 'Trapper John, MD' days - and not only is he handsome - he twinkles. A lovely man, and a wonderful story-teller.
It is so fantastic for me to watch healthy warm stories. I can relax and feel warm, cosy and juiced to deliver goodness in my world.
