Hey! I am a tree lover too because i am a bush man and i also believe that trees love me and they can also talk. I am Jamaican and my family land we have that last tree with the spike
Is there anything more diverse and beautiful on this planet than the tree. Growing up in a northern climate their is nothing like the smell of a pile of Maple leaves in the fall, it is one of my first sensory memories as a child and one i will take with me to the forest on the other side . Peace
@@thekweenofbling3621 we went for vacation in 1998 and didn’t come home until 2017, best decision we ever made! It’s expensive to live there, but every day off you are on a Hawaiian beach, so totally worth it!
Loved the video! Very cool! I noticed that during the "tree of life" segment, the speaker said that it hasn't seen rain in the 400 years of its life, but there are little scrub bushes of some sort everywhere. Did the little bushes grow and reproduce without any water at all, ever?
Botany always fascinated me and this post is the most fun and educational. Thank You very much for the education that took me over a year just to know the basics! ❤️🤓
Wow! Thank you for this wonderful video! Our world has so many beautiful and mysterious trees!! I hope the trees that are in danger of not being anymore, that this does not happen. That would be a real shame. ❤️💜💚
how about Trunyan tree in Bali? the tree can absorb the smell of dead bodies. In one area in Bali, they don't bury people, they just leave their deads around the tree...
Angels trumpets are yellow as u can see in the picture she is smelling. I've seen ppl take bites out their own arms thinking it's a burger on that stuff. Stay away
I encountered the sandbox tree in Trinidad many years ago. Our group had to pass one on our field trips. When it rained on one walk, we took turns moving quickly beneath it to avoid the sap that might fall from above. Good times.
Wow! Fabulous! So much to see on planet Earth. So many fantastic places with unbelievable stuff. Just make sure you don't screw the rare beauty, humans...
Devils breath is also called moonflower in South Africa. I tried it by boiling it in water and drinking the liquid. Made us super stoned with the worst dry mouth ive ever experienced. Didnt die though...
You reminded me of the bristle cone pine trees in Utah. When grown in the valley they grow tall & straight, but up in the mountains where they are native the grow any way but straight like those trees in Spain you mentioned. Also the Morton bay fig tree was really large the last time I saw it over 8 years ago. I'm not sure if it is still alive or not but it was over 100 years old the last time I saw it.
The tree of life may also have roots deep enough to hit a spring or a mud seep with the small vegetation also found around the tree. Anyways, it's beautiful.
15:55 - 'The only living thing in the area, huh? Are those green-painted sculptures of plants? Don't get me wrong, I'm loving the new information, but am tripping over things that make me go, 'huh?' Care to elucidate?
I love the Rainbow Eucalyptus!!! I wish I had a few in our yard but Kansas is no place for them. The Baobob Trees are really cool too!!! Oooohhhh...I really, really like the Sabina... ~ APRIL LIPKE
Near of my home here in Finland have forest just like The Crooked Forst, here is same looking trees. Ps Tree of life, Dragon blood tree and Hyperia trees looks amazing. 😮
The tree of life was used as a meeting resting point for beduins. Thier camels would rest in its shade. The urine and poo from the animals would feed the tree together with water from the beduins who it was in their interest to protect the tree.
our ancient trees , God said take care of the animals an the trees from what i see that is not happening without the trees we dont breath stop cutting them an killing animals
that so_called devil's breath is non poisonous, in Kenya we plant them in the compound and near houses for it's strong sweet scent it produces especially in the evenings
The tree with the THORNS in JAMAICA WI I only know of 1 at my BOARDING SCHOOL IN. SPALDING, we used to remove the large thorns at the base, then we would carve a letterBACKWARS, then use it as a LETTER STAMP, those thorns are sharp. The tree was known as a PRICKLE ALOE TREE, But my first boarding school, had 2 types of SILP PAKOP we were told they were used in very old life preservers, on ships (. BRITISH. ). 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
@20:44 look up old english technique for tree husbandry and you will find that this one is not natural but the result of people directing the trees growth. A practice that resurfaced in the UK in the second world war as a response to other dwindling resources.
Crooked trees are caused by mud slides in the wild. I see them in Colorado all the time. That area was part of a wet land, by a river possibly, that saw more land erosion 70 years ago than after the war when the entire euro land mass was completely changed for ever.
There are lots of trees that kill other plants around them. There is a tree that grows in the jungles of South America that makes itself the perfect home to an aggressive species of ant. The ants not only destroy every other plant within several feet of the tree, they attack and sting any animals that comes near the tree.
Did you mean to say 30 ft in circumference? Because a 30 ft wide tree would be 90 some odd feet and circumference. Once again low quality. At least you're getting comments huh?
Kapok tree,, in my country its like "kapuk tree". Uwite jenenge wit randu, kembange jenenge kapuk. Iki nek dipeme koyo kapas nggo isi bantal/kasur. Isine jenenge klentheng,,
@2:54, it is commonly known as an Angel's Trumpet tree. No, it is NOT extremely poisonous and the huge, gorgeous flowers have little fragrance, at least to the human nose. I have a beautiful 10' tall tree that flowers several time a year. I heard if you boil it into a highly concentrated tea, it can cause hallucenogenic effects, however, I have chewed both flowers and leaves on several different occasions and didn't feel ANY effect, whatsoever. DEVIL'S BREATH is the nickname for scopolamine. It is a synthetic drug that has NOTHING to do with the Angel's Trumpet plant. Get your facts straight, ffs.
Omgosh! I am a huge tree lover. This video was absolutely amazing!! Thanks! Learned so much about trees I had no idea that they ever existed. 👍💕

In the desert there's a moisture in the morning that is why you find scrub in the desert or little rain at a time.

I was in awe of the giant red woods I felt as if I was walking amongst giants and staring into the face of God.
What a great name for the last tree, Monkey No Climb!
The most interesting trees are the stumps that's left of them, like the Grand Canyon for example.

The Devil's Breath tree creates a chemical drug called scopolamine that is also used to help out for post-op nausea.
