Would you mind talking about your experience? Did you manage people? How many teams at once, or for how many companies did you manage at.
How do you encourage the low motivated skilled employees? What if they don't become productive? Might be difficult to judge if actual promotion will result in additional motivation. I could also see it causing political issues with others on the team who are motivated/skilled.
Could you talk more about praising the role models? Do we risk ostracizing others if we praise the highly/skilled/highly/motivated too much?
Would you be able to talk about the people side of things in another video?
