I think it means calculation. Calculator does not make sense in this context, as that is the tool used to parse the numbers, while the calculation would be the step by step process of how they quantified the feats, the formulas used, and why.

However...
Batman can stick to the shadows, watch, and study... he can break into vought and steal compound V. He'll study that and find a way to reverse it.. He'll make many antidotes and apply ot to a mechanical gun that he can use to fire this antidote. Once fired at Homlander or any other vought supe. The compound V cells will reverse permanently stealing their powers.
Batman wins from there.

Homelander mentioning that would just be an overtime feat like him just flying through buildings to destroy NYC, there is a statement that says he can destroy cities in minutes but it's calced to only Multi-City Block level

You shouldn't use the comics for arkham batman, due to the fact that they heavily contradict the games. In one of them, jason kills bane, where as arkham knight says that he is still alive and out of gotham.
The combos in the arkham games are only gameplay mechanics and shouldn't be used for scaling. Otherwise, batman would be unable to knock out a normal human with a single punch, due to hhe fact that the games require you to hit them multiple times.
Hack gave the squad enhancements to their speed throughout the game, so you shouldn't be using the Museum fight, rather you should use the fight in the batcave to Support your Argument.
It isn't stated that superman flew to the sun, only that he absorbed solar radiation, which can also mean he travelled to the thermosphere, not the sun. This would mean that he wouldn't be massively faster than light.
The comic feat for Croc is from Arkham Unhinged which shows Harley Quinn rescuing Joker and fleeing in a boat which you can read in a story bio in the Batcomputer data in Arkham City

You know, if you wanted to wank Arkham Batman you could always bring up his fight with a Titan -enhanced Poison Ivy in Arkham Asylum. If I'm not mistaken, there are literal statements in Asylum saying that her plants are going to destroy the island or pull it under or something along those lines. So Titan Ivy is potentially island level, yet not only is Batman able to hurt Ivy, he's able to break out of her vines trying to crush him to death. If you wanted to, you could make the argument Batman has small island level AP and durability in the first Arkham game alone, then upscale him from Arkham Knight and Suicide Squad
Bruce doesn’t even need to throw a punch. He could just break into Vought international and steal all of their most confidential files and give Oracle or any other trusted ally the order to release all of the files to the public in the event Batman goes missing or is announced dead. Meaning that if Homelander kills Batman, all of those files will leak to the public and his reputation will be gone faster than a speeding bullet.
And even if Homelander willing to take the chance that Batman is bluffing, Bruce is definitely skilled enough to escape from the superpowered manchild, if not outright defeat him

Edit: Also, where did you even get that you need to be 7-10 times to one shot someone? you can be someone's equal in physical stats, but take him down given the right tempo (this aplies to Batman performance during both Deathstroke fights)

I believe that you gave homelander too much credit with the statements a lot of the statements about him that he can survive any man-made weapon are more of guesses not confirmation; "don't know what else can kill him" or "maybe a hydrogen bomb" statement like those sound like over exaggerations instead of just saying that he's stronger than a nuke so I'm going to have to disagree at best homelander is multi-city block to town.
On top of everything you said in the video calc wise. Batman could create some sort of weapon/serum/gas that would weaken/remove homelanders compound v similar to how soldier boy can.

Just so were clear. Cat woman is stated to be relative to the speed of light. Wich means that even if she is only 1% light speed means that she is capable of running around the world in minutes. This is how stupid statements like this can be. If you make Arkham batman this op you are ruining the story.

1. Dodging lasers doesn't make you MFTL either. Neither does lightning. All it means is that you are able to avoid the opponent's aim. You know, like in real life?
Is Batman out here able to see bullets in slow motion and picking them out of the air with two fingers like a speedster? Obviously no. There's a big difference between being able to dodge and being able to react before something happens.
2. Scaling his durability using the Flash's speed is weird too. The speedforce basically lets you ignore all the negative effects of high speeds physics (or rather, pick and choose). These two things aren't comparable.
3. There's no way Homelander reaches escape velocity. The reason why rockets need to reach such speeds in the first place is because there is nothing to push off of in space. They need to build up enough momentum before leaving the atmosphere. Homelander flies essentially by magic, so he can assumedly control his direction in space freely. Also, he didn't say anything more than "You should see it from space." Concluding that to mean such a high speed feat is ridiculous.
4. The speed of electricity varies depending on the medium. Refer to point no. 1.
Honestly, idk even see the point in a matchup like this. At this point, Batman's just Iron Man. Everything that makes him able to content with bigger guys is his money and tech, rather than his incredible skill, cunning, and strength from his human-level training. He should be put up against opponents more on par with him in natural strength, in a suit that only enhances his qualities (gadgets included) rather than giving him a 100-fold superamp. Much more interesting as a fight.

A lot of these stats for Batman's strength would require Batman's strength to be anywhere near consistent, which it most definitely isn't. If we look at actual consistency Homelander is far stronger. Also Batman's armour can be as strong as he wants, he is a human underneath it, there is no scientific explanation for Batman being able to survive a single punch or laser from Homelander no matter what that suit is made of because he either gets turned into mashed potatoes underneath it or gets turned into a soup. If you somehow want to argue the suit covering him negates that then enough force should cause pressure that is going to make the open holes for his mouth and eyes a very big safety concern. Saying some wild stuff like Batman is faster than light is exactly why powerscaling is just a joke at this point. It is a pile of huge exaggerations from incredibly inconsistent media.

His armour is made of the same material as Flash's so yes it can , he also took multiple bullet holes from yellow lantern powered guns so he is AT LEAST that durable

The Suicide Squad isn't relative to Superman in speed at all. They got casually blitzed by Wonder Woman who lost to a massively weakened Superman. Also they only ever hit Superman when he is sitting still/not moving at max speed
I feel like the one shots multipliers shouldn’t be used for the Batman feats as it doesn’t take someone 7.5-10x stronger than someone to knock the other person out as that’s all Batman did. The one shots multiplier should really only be used if he killed someone with one shot

Arkham Batman is the second most powerful Batman version, if we do not count the extra armors like Hellbat, its success is even above the comics. Even the fact that it can inflict physical damage on Bane Klier Crock and Solomon Grund shows how powerful it is, it is class 100 in terms of rating, although it is said that it surpasses Homelander with Sucide Squad He is not strong, but if he can defeat Bane, who is not damaged by bullets, in a physical fight, he can finish the job with his existing equipment without the need for Homelander to make preparations. If he prepares, it would damage Homelander's vision and hearing ability. Homelander cannot react as fast as Arkham Batman anyway.

Pretty sure electricity is only sub-sonic, as that speed you gave is only in a vacuum. Artificial electricity gets anywhere from like supersonic to hypersonic+
Also, the relativistic+ for Homelander can be considered a outlier, so tier 8-A vs tier 8-A both with hypersonic+ speeds.

In some parts I disagree, the Batman of the Arkham verse certainly can take down stronger characters than him, but speed isn't too much of batman's strongest point here considering homeoander can move at hypersonic speeds, besides you're telling those are lásers which move at light speed, but this Is not true, Is plasma, It Is very fast but not precisely lightspeed, also Is right Batman could certainly hurt homeoander but not by conventional methods, i ser Batman winning More because of his Gadgets and skill, More than because of his physic, Is right Batman hace experience now fighting against justice league level threats, but he has been able to be there, More because of his mind and resources over his actual physical stats, so i don't think Batman win this just as Easy as you make It sound, in fact it's gonna cost him a little bit much than with His usual foes
