Hello, Kim. Just needed to unwind a little. My first thought? Watch Kim bake and cook some goodies. Always gives me a good feeling. I appreciate how true to real life you are. Life's a mess...but you show us we can soldier thru while laughing and having fun! Thank you.
I don’t know if I’ve said this already but I’m pretty new to your channel you are just hilarious I’m a 60-year-old woman all my children are grown but I just love watching you so much humor good recipes you are enjoyment. Blessings
I am making some goodies for my grandson in college, chocolate chip cookies and cinnamon yeast bread. As I am measure, I say to myself, "That's good enough!" I stopped and smiled at my Kim reference. I love to bake, but live alone. It is so good to have someone to send it to. I think I will try the cookie, oreo, and brownie for him next time!
Meredith in the background when you were cutting peppers was cracking me up!! Also, I feel like every thing you say is exactly how I talk to myself in my head when I am cooking/shopping! I just love your vlog and personality!
In South Africa we make pancakes that are thin like crepes just much bigger. Once cooled we throw a sugar and cinnamon mix on and roll them up. Absolutely delicious on a cold and rainy day
Meredith gives new meaning to the old expression “I learned to cook at Mama’s knee.” So much fun watching her hang/roll around with you as you cooked. Great video as always, bringing back memories as my son home, from Little League practice, ate my supper ingredients, too!
I make the brownie dessert with peanut butter cups in the middle and ready made cookie dough. Made the homemade chocolate chips cookies today. Two batches for the grandkids, best cookies ever!!
How fun and yummy! We love to make a l box of brownies mix( made with instructions on the box) then layer with 3-4 giant symphony candy bars, then top with another brownie mix and bake a little longer than directed. You could use any kind candy candy bar, add nuts, Carmel, whatever! It is delicious- the best brownie dessert ever!
Omg!! I made that cake today with my girls 9 and 7 years old. It was soooo delicious! We used a "betty crockers" recipe for the cookiedough and BC fudge brownie box mix. Highly recommend!!!!! Thanks for sharing🥰
Thank you Kim, it’s your favorite old lady sending you & your fam some love. Enjoy your vaca I wish I could be with you all lol! I’m not weird just old. Oh your dishes look fabulous! I’ll make some crapes this week for sure. Have fun my funny lady. 🥰♥️
My Family, i am from germany bavaria, makes Pfannkuchen = Pancakes a savory way, we do Flour, Milk, Eggs, Salt, Pepper, Garlicpowder, Beefstockpowder and a lot of freh Parsly. We back them in Canolaoil on the thick side and let them Bobby's get crispy! Then we cut them in strips, fry them a second time and eat them with a homemade beefstock. In the Soup are fresh strips of Carrot, Leek, Onions and Sellerie and the tender Beefcoubs with that crispy Pancakestrips!!! You bet that is every Childs favourit Meal!!! I am 33 years old and i am so exited every time my Dad will make me that meal. It is the best
On Christmas morning my family would have a crepe bar, chocolate, peanut butter, marshmellows fluff, Carmel, all kinds of nuts, berries, and some sweet ingredients like chocolate peanut butter chips and butterscotch chips, then any leftovers would be stuffed with turkey stuffing and any side dishes ud like lol then gravy on top so good!
I usually throw the pack of bacon in the freezer, next morning it’s so easy to slice through some parts require just a little more push but over all hands down so much easier than trying to slice through while it’s soft
Made the chocolate chip cookie recipe today & OH my!!! They are sooo good!! 🤤😋 we added white chocolate chips since I was out of milk chocolate. You’re right the vanilla pudding makes all the difference! Thank you 🙏🏻 😀
I agree about chopping the spinach. I suggest using kitchen scissors and cutting while in the bag. Also, I think you need to sharpen your knife or buy one from Rada. No problems with bacon. Also freeze it and it cgops easier.
Meredith is determined to take over your channel. Such a little cutie 🌟 Anyone else get these songs stuck in their head all day long? I'll find myself singing them all day💜
Hi Merediiiiith! I see you! I know its another bowl, but I dont like the white to show in my scrambled eggs, so I mix them in a bowl first so they're completely combined.
I've been binge watching your videos lately!! I love that you live in FL as well. I completely agree with you, who has time to relax on vacation/the beach when you have a bunch of kids (mom of 6 here). I feel like my eyes are constantly darting at each and every kid lol we are hoping our beach trip this weekend works out! I love seeing all the different foods you make, gives me some good ideas. I also might totally have to steal the way you make lunches for your kids because that is a great one! I'm always struggling to figure out what to make and half the time they don't eat it all so fruits and veggies it is ❤️
New to your chanel and new subscriber. I love love love your energy. I just cant stop watching all your videos. And also love that you are just you and dont try to be perfect you follow your instinct not the recipe.
I just thought of something. Meredith has no idea you’re filming so she probably thinks you’re talking to her just hanging out like two gals. She’s probably like wow I have to pay attention how to make these brownies
It all looks delish! I save my bacon grease too, one of my favorite things to make with it is peanut butter cookies! To keep my cutting board from sliding I wet a kitchen towel and put it under it! I love cooking in the copper pots and pans too! Wishing health and happiness from Maine🦞
Its 7am here in California and my husband tells me isn't to early to watch videos? So I had to tell him it's never to early to hang out with my friend Kim lol she won't judge that its been 2 days and the laundry hasn't been folded yet lol
My friends and I used to have Crêpe Day. One friend would make all the crêpes. The rest of us would bring the fillings - berries, Nutella, brie, arugula, prosciutto, and more. So good! 😍
Frozen bacon is much easier to cut. Freeze it and let it sit for 10 minutes then start cutting. The scissors work too, lol. Remove the seeds to the Jalapeno if everyone prefers a more mild recipe. My family loves it with seeds and all too. (We are a spicy bunch, sounds like your family is as well.) The Brownies! OMG, The Brownies! That recipe is a hit. So glad you had a great time at the beach with a little wild on the side. See you next time.
Kim you are such a delight. I look forward to your day and your happenings. Not long ago you made a salad with lots of meats like pepperoni, sausage, and I belive garbanzo beans not sure. Would you happen to remember that reel? That would be a great keto recipe. I love your sweet family and you. God bless you.
That dessert!!! Have you tried Candy Bar Fudge Brownies? Bake and cool brownies (mix or scratch). Make fudge by heating a can of sweetened condensed milk and 2 cups chocolate chips until chocolate is melted. Spread on top of brownies and press chopped up candy bars on top. Allow to cool and cut into small (who are we kidding here??) squares. I like Snickers, Reeses cup or Butterfingers, but any candy bar will work.
Omg crepes bring back memories to me! When I was in middle school we had a hour at school where we had “jobs” and all the adult stuff and I worked with the French teacher sister and we made crepes with Nutella and mini marshmallows.. DELICIOUS! She gave me the recipe but I definitely need to find it again.
My mom is born and raised German and she used to make us “pfannenkuchen” for dinner on occasion I swear the best dinner ever as a kid! German crepes filled with applesauce or blueberry compote and then powdered sugar on top 🤤 omg it was like we hit the jackpot that night lol this brought back all the memories!! That was her version of breakfast for dinner 🍽 Hers were huge like the size of a big dinner plate so she could roll them several times almost like a burrito! Yum!!!!!!!
Oh for the energy balls I just press the mixture in a pan with wax paper , refrigerate them for an hour then cut them into bars , much more easier than rolling them into balls .
Over here in Belgium our "pancakes" are crepes. We don't even know the thicker kind. LOL! They are really nice, but just like Belgian waffles we eat it as an afternoon coffee/tea thing at around 3PM. Never for breakfast! Odd how things are different in different countries. :D About the pancakes, it's normal for the first one never to come out right. ;) You do need to leave them in a bit longer, until they get a little "brown".
I made the egg dish on Sunday. I forgot the spinach, used pickled jalapeño and used real bacon bits. With bisquick biscuits It was so yummy. Will definitely make again.
or “it’s your kitchen do what you want” orrrr “it’s just food it’s not that serious” orrr “someone call the food network” or “I don’t follow recipes... have you met me??” 😂
Love your videos. They are the best inspiration to get cooking😋 could you do a video about how you prepare and get meal ideas for a meal prep day. Just curious how you do it all.
Oh Kim my mouth is watering. Your meal preps are just amazing ! I’m like you I can’t understand why the food network hasn’t contacted you your videos are sooooo fun
I love playing your videos while I fold laundy, wash dishes,or cook. I don't measure anything when I am cooking either 😅 One of my favorite breakfast things to make is breakfast fried rice. My mom made it, never gave me a recipe, so I just made it up. It's cooked rice (I use Jasmine, with some coconut oil and salt) cooked diced bacon, scrambled egg, sauteed onion and pepper, I've added spinach, (but it's whatever) and the STAR is to add amino acids (kind of a soy sauce) I just glug it in and keep tasting until it's perfect. It's just my husband and I, so leftovers are always a thing. But reheated in a fry pan, and the bacon crisps back up... So good!
It’s 5:34 here in Houston, Texas but for some reason I can’t go back to sleep. I’m so glad I have a video of yours to watch now 🙂😅 lol right in time 💖💖 Also you’re wearing the zebra shirt you found in your closet clean out lol 👏👏
I've only just recently discovered your channel, besides being helpful and interesting, you are the funniest person - you make me laugh and cheer me up. You speak like I think..............love your channel I cannot say that enough!!!!!!!!!
Kim, i am so enjoying all your videos. Maybe when spring comes(like I wish tomorrow)since when I am writing this I live in NY where we are in a huge snow storm. Anyway I was going to say I might try making this recipe with my grandchildren.
The crepes batter is much easier to whip up in a blender. You get a smooth batter and you don’t have to mix by hand :) Also, it helps if you have extra time and let the batter rest for 30 min or so. If you guys love crepes, it may be useful to purchase a crepes pan. It’s larger, easier to handle when you need to spread the batter and the sides are low, which allows you to turn them nicely and easily. We love crepes in our family, they are good with jam, honey, you can add sour cream, chopped nuts or you can make them savory, with creamy cheese, salmon etc.
Also, the pancake mix is not necessary - it probably has baking soda/powder, which you don’t need for crepes. You can just use flour, a pinch of salt and a bit of sugar, if you plan to make them sweet.
Hey friend 🙋♀️ over here in South Africa we call crepes pancakes and your kind of pancakes we call flapjacks, but we have pancakes with sugar and cinnamon with golden syrup and little lemon juice. What a good treat 🤤
Assuming your Oma was German, she probably didn't make crepes but rather Pfannkuchen or Eierkuchen, maybe try looking those up online if they look familiar to you, they are quite a bit thicker than crepes 😊

Enjoy watching you. You are always so full of energy. 👍🏾❤❤❤
Count the memories not the calories...enjoy the beach!❤
Meredith gives new meaning to the old expression “I learned to cook at Mama’s knee.” So much fun watching her hang/roll around with you as you cooked. Great video as always, bringing back memories as my son home, from Little League practice, ate my supper ingredients, too!
I can’t wait for your cookbook!! You are so funny 😂 You make my days. I love your grocery hauls and meal planning/cooking
You made my evening watching you. Love your videos.
What a great mama. Your family is very blessed.......and it's all done with great love. It is contagious.

Mmmm. That egg dish looks awesome! I used to make those more often and call it a skillet breakfast (and add mozzarella on top!)
Try adding goat cheese to that! It’s delish!
I make the brownie dessert with peanut butter cups in the middle and ready made cookie dough. Made the homemade chocolate chips cookies today. Two batches for the grandkids, best cookies ever!!

I am SOOOOO extremely happy that I came across your channel.
Love you. Adding cold meat to cold pan keeps it soft. Adding to hot pan makes a crisper meat. Glad I found your channel.
Your videos are so relaxing, especially with the music!
If you put a damp towel under your cutting board it won't slide around on the counter. Makes chopping the veggies a little easier.
It’s so nice to see you just making fun stuff and not obsessed over ingredients. Life is too short not to enjoy it. Have fun! 💕🌞🧁🏖
My Family, i am from germany bavaria, makes Pfannkuchen = Pancakes a savory way, we do Flour, Milk, Eggs, Salt, Pepper, Garlicpowder, Beefstockpowder and a lot of freh Parsly. My mom usually placed a kitchen towel under a cutting board to prevent it from sliding.
Love you btw!
I always put cinnamon and vanilla in my crepe batter. We love those just for dinner filled with fruit and a bit of whipped cream.

Europeans are cringing on the crepes. 🤣 But we still love you and I'm sure they were delisious. 😁❤️
Haaahaha 💯
Jup it kind of hurt a Little 😂
I usually throw the pack of bacon in the freezer, next morning it’s so easy to slice through some parts require just a little more push but over all hands down so much easier than trying to slice through while it’s soft
Made the chocolate chip cookie recipe today & OH my!!! They are sooo good!! 🤤😋 we added white chocolate chips since I was out of milk chocolate. You’re right the vanilla pudding makes all the difference! Thank you 🙏🏻 😀
I've made a similar dessert. I baked the cookie part first for like 10 min. then topped that with peanut butter cups and the brownie mix! OH MY WORD!
I make energy balls often too, but instead of honey or agave we use maple syrup! Good substitute and delicious!
Omg I just started watching you and girl ur engery is fire makes me laugh even on my bad days much love for u and your kitchen lol
Lovely Family🤗 just had to tell you black top is white rice😉. Keep the videos coming. Stay safe everyone.❤👍
Love your videos! If you need softened butter you can grate cold butter and it works just fine.
I'll find myself singing them all day💜
They also have a most stuffed oreo. They are my favorite.
Put reese's peanut butter cups instead of oreos!
Oh. My. Dead. REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS!!! in leu of oreos. DOING IT. I'm doing it. Great idea!
@@thewadsquad Im not a fan of oreo(nor reeses) next time ill put white chocolate pieces. Or the mini mars or mini snickers

Cooking is a choir for me but watching you cook different receipts makes it more enjoyable, we get stuck making the same things!! Tfs 😎👍💕
Looks so good.
I made the egg dish on Sunday. I forgot the spinach, used pickled jalapeño and used real bacon bits. With bisquick biscuits It was so yummy. Will definitely make again.
If your cookbook isn’t called “good enough” I’m not buying it! (Jk I’ll buy whatever you put out 😂)
Or “much to good for children”. 😂 lol
or “it’s your kitchen do what you want” orrrr “it’s just food it’s not that serious” orrr “someone call the food network” or “I don’t follow recipes... have you met me??” 😂
I understood all of your movie references 💕💕 love your videos! You are so honest and down to earth!
Have you tried your crêpes with ham and cheese or mushrooms? You can also serve it with honey or agave syrup.

Love your videos. They are the best inspiration to get cooking😋 could you do a video about how you prepare and get meal ideas for a meal prep day. Just curious how you do it all.

I love playing your videos while I fold laundy, wash dishes,or cook. I don't measure anything when I am cooking either 😅

Kim, i am so enjoying all your videos. Maybe when spring comes(like I wish tomorrow)since when I am writing this I live in NY where we are in a huge snow storm. Anyway I was going to say I might try making this recipe with my grandchildren.
I really enjoy your commentary ...many smiles, laughs, and "sounds like me" ....

Hi kim,all that food looked delicious!!!tfs,an happy vacay,to yall!!!👍👍☺️☺️♥️♥️🌺🌺
You should call your colorful egg casserole, "confetti eggs", because of all the beautiful colors!
"omg they're not stale, what?!". Lol. That comment especially hit home, as I had to dump out our stale cheese puffs today.
Hey friend 🙋♀️ over here in South Africa we call crepes pancakes and your kind of pancakes we call flapjacks, but we have pancakes with sugar and cinnamon with golden syrup and little lemon juice. What a good treat 🤤
That dessert looks so freaking yum!!
Assuming your Oma was German, she probably didn't make crepes but rather Pfannkuchen or Eierkuchen, maybe try looking those up online if they look familiar to you, they are quite a bit thicker than crepes 😊
