It's federal regulation to have centerfire rile magazines pinned to 5 rounds. However, there are aftermarket pistol magazines that hold centerfire cartridges that fit into rifles that legally hold 10 rounds.
Because if S really HTF they can pull the pin and only need that one mag. Our government is literally in an insane tyrannical over reach right now, trying to strip our rights down to nothing and sell us out to China and the WEF.

That particular drum is designed for an AK bolt. The Type81 takes proprietary magazines for the bolt hold open to function.
