What a absolute legend, he is so humble and thankful for what he has, never looks down on anyone and thinks of himself as a normal everyday guy. My idol.
He preferred to walk up that bloody mountain, freezing cold with the snow as tall as his waist, dressed in his Boromir costume, than just.. fly up there. Sean Bean is the MAN.
Never a truer word said. I missed Frey bentos while travelling. Now I'm in Germany and instead of costing £1 they cost €6 per pie! I wouldn't mind 90 Frey bentos!! Have to get Sean to hook me up 😂
I just watched “Accused:Tracie’s Story” a few days ago and am thrilled to see it mentioned in this interview. The audience laughed at the photo, but the episode is actually a riveting hour of television. I’m still stunned by the absolutely amazing job Sean Bean did in it. If you haven’t seen it yet, I highly recommend it.
A childhood hero of mine! Goldeneye, Sharpe, Ronin, Patriot Games, the fellowship (definitely best performance in that first one) and most recently Game of Thrones. Great accent too!
I've been on telly, a number of times, Seriously - interviewed on t' news. Maxine Mawhinney me once and she said I had the sexiest accent she'd ever heard - of course. This is true.
Sean looks so nice with keeping his hair long at the back, which reminds me of his brilliant role as Oliver Mellors back in 1993. He still has a lover's look.
I HAVEN'T WATCHED THIS YET, BUT I HAVE TO SAY MY DREAM HAS COME TRUE!!!! SEAN BEAN AND JONATHON ROSS IN THE SAME ROOM TOGETHER!!!! AND TALKING TO EACH OTHER!!!!! FUCKING AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I always try to resist watching interviews with actors and musicians I like, they always dissapoint me, but Sean just makes me like Boromir and Ned a thousand times more! And I never realised what a sexy voice he has!
FluffyDragon I'm going to need the blood of a divine, for that you're going to need Tiber Septim's armour... and fetch me a Daedric artifact to snack on.
Seems a humble and top bloke who plays famous characters that aside from probably Sharpe - keeps getting killed off ! The Ultimate Martyr LOL ! Thanks for the upload, great stuff.
I agree with you, generally speaking though, the reason is because actors go on these shows mostly to discuss/promote their new projects. It is strange that it wasn't mentioned though, even if you've admired the man for long before the series, because it's so huge and current.
What a absolute legend, he is so humble and thankful for what he has, never looks down on anyone and thinks of himself as a normal everyday guy. My idol.
I really really REALLY fucking love his voice.
Why is my knee bending? I can't stop it!
Yorkshire lad
EY UP
Wonderful accent - he even says "me costume" and "me hair" and this makes me as happy as hearing his "bastard"s.
West Riding of Yorkshire...
Mark Hirstwood he’s from Sheffield
Sheffield is within the West Riding
The majority of us Northerners say that sort of stuff, the noticeable thing is how he says words like “to you”, the most Yorkshire thing ever.
He's a Yorkshireman, so his accent is bound to be fab.
At the end I realised I had just sat with the biggest smile on my face the whole way through this. He's just a joy to watch/listen to in real life.
Such a humble guy, class act.
Only time Sean Bean manged to last till the end.
National Treasure, Troy, Ronin, Silent Hill, Flightplan, North Country and When Saturday Comes. He didn't die in those if my memory serves me right.
sex joke.
Robin Batchelor He lived to the very end in GoldenEye too
He's not dying for anyone!!!!
I had to watch this twice, first time I just listen to Sean's voice
Ross missed an opportunity to say to Sean Bean "Well, I'm glad you survived this interview."
One does not simply dislike this video.
One doesn't simply skip this video...
Not even with a thousand clicks. 'Tis folly.
"Common then ya yella bastards" lmao
Love ol' Sean Bean
He preferred to walk up that bloody mountain, freezing cold with the snow as tall as his waist, dressed in his Boromir costume, than just.. fly up there. Sean Bean is the MAN.
He wasn't fond of flying. He said it in an interview.
That's acting!
Best accent in UK
yes😍
+TacTundra Why thank you

TacTundra have you heard the cardigan bay or the valley boy accent from wales, that sir is cracking
Sheffield accent, everyone sounds like this
Sean Bean's a legend.
I took a lot of pies, ..Fray Bentos...they're brilliant, they're brilliant. Haha him saying that in his accent is perfect.
Chloe Lane Cuban leader
Never a truer word said. I missed Frey bentos while travelling. Now I'm in Germany and instead of costing £1 they cost €6 per pie! I wouldn't mind 90 Frey bentos!! Have to get Sean to hook me up 😂
I wonder, if Sean were to play in a horror movie, who would die first? him or the black guy?
surprisingly he did make it alive in silent hill revelation
They would both die at the exact same time. The audience will be shocked when Sean Bean dies because they all think he's the hero.
No he is black he just wears a skin suit
Jonas R He'd die last, he often does.
Jonas R The black guy would accidentally kill him.
I adore Richard Sharpe! The books and the series. Sean Bean was perfect for the role!!!
Sean Bean is a class guy, all the stuff he's done and he's kept his accent.
I just watched “Accused:Tracie’s Story” a few days ago and am thrilled to see it mentioned in this interview. The audience laughed at the photo, but the episode is actually a riveting hour of television. I’m still stunned by the absolutely amazing job Sean Bean did in it. White Wolf aye we do
A childhood hero of mine! Goldeneye, Sharpe, Ronin, Patriot Games, the fellowship (definitely best performance in that first one) and most recently Game of Thrones. Great accent too!
Sharpe is my ultimate hero, i love all the parts.
He always dies, screams, says bastard, he was the bad guy in goldeneye, and he's the friendliest and nicest guy in the world
Sean Bean isn't dying in this scene
pyrophobia133 Bing

I love Sean. He seems like a lovely bloke.
He's a Yorkie. That says it all.
Makes me proud to be a Yorkshireman!

Careful though. Being around him you may not survive haha
Love him, one of my favourites.
Yup, northerners swear the best in the world!

I was married to a Yorkshireman from Sheffield. He taught me how to swear haha. My favorite of his was “you fookin bastard”. Brilliant 😆
sean bean
seems so weird hearing a fellow yorkshireman on a show it's rare. usually if it's someone famous from england more are southerners.
anni b
nope....most of the bastards change their accents to seem more esteemed and educated. Common practice, even here in the states.
That was written 5 yrs ago and guess what, .... He still has a lovers look now in 2022.
Aww. He's such a sweetheart.

I love how serious he is when he says their brilliant 3:51
His voice.

Awesome thx for getting this up! Nothing wrong with Sean, this was great!!!
YOOOOOORKSHIIIIIRE!!!
:-)
God, I love that Yorkshire accent. If I could have any accent, I'd choose the Yorkie. It just sounds so cool.
That's because it is. old love,
It’s specifically a South Yorkshire accent. They change depending where you live in the county.
He has a very strong northern English accent that's hard to miss.
John Miller Yorkshire/Sheffield accent.
One does not simply watch a Sean Bean movie and see him live till the end of it...
he is and will always be richard fucking sharpe
Takes 🥧 just sums up how northern he is. Love it
He even dies in video games
The greatest dramatic actor in the last ten years.
And even better in the ten years since.
Last 10 years? He’s been brilliant much longer than that.
He's amazing, i love him!
Ahaha, he took pies with him, I love how Northern he is xD

I LOVE YOU SEAN!!!❤❤❤❤
I always try to resist watching interviews with actors and musicians I like, they always dissapoint me, but Sean just makes me like Boromir and Ned a thousand times more! And I never realised what a sexy voice he has!
I will always know Sean Bean as Sharpe and Boromir, but his role as Ned Stark was incredible as well.
Legendary
what an utter legend
No one gonna mention the fact that he voiced Martin Septim in Oblivion?
FluffyDragon I'm going to need the blood of a divine, for that you're going to need Tiber Septim's armour...
and fetch me a Daedric artifact to snack on.
Holy shit, I never realized. I've played Oblivion about 10 times and still keep finding new stuff.
Sean Bean is class!
Seems a humble and top bloke who plays famous characters that aside from probably Sharpe - keeps getting killed off ! The Ultimate Martyr LOL !
Thanks for the upload, great stuff.
thanks to this clip of sean bean i'm in love with fray bentos pies
He is wonderful!
Sean bean would've been good as James Bond
bloody love sean bean
All of my favourite parts of the first LOTR movie were the parts with Ian McKellen, Hugo Weaving, and Sean Bean. :)
they are so awesome on bluray
Man, if they ever made a Commandos film based on the video games, Sean Bean looks exactly like the Green Beret. Also, he's Irish
Thanks for posting it ! When it took place on tv?
He makes me proud to be Northern...even though I'm from Lancashire!
I agree with you, generally speaking though, the reason is because actors go on these shows mostly to discuss/promote their new projects.
It is strange that it wasn't mentioned though, even if you've admired the man for long before the series, because it's so huge and current.
Legend!
i will never unsee his role as sharpe
"I've still got about 4 pares of (practice) heels left in the kitchen". That is bloody HALARIOUS! That - and the Frey Bentos tinned pies.
This was before Game of Thrones became a thing.....
love sean good guy good actor
"Round of applause Sean Bean is in a movie yay"
* I would applause *
The way he said '2' in '1992' reminds me of his Yorkshire lilt in the 'O2' ads
This made me laugh!
RIP Sean Bean. Many times over.
This man is 60 years old??! No way!
I literally sat through this whole interview giddy like a little boy thinking " Its Ned Stark! And he is being interviewed! In the 21st century! "
Wow he’s gorgeous he actually looks shy ☺️❤️
i
Dat voice!
He.is.just.GORGEOUS!
Lord o the wings
He will always be Richard Sharpe to me.
I love a fray bentos pie too
Sean bean is a great actor
The studio of the show looks like Senator Palpatine's quarters where he kills Mace Windu.
The greatest
He sounds so Yorkshire at 2:08 when he goes "am okay now, av got used to it"
Top bloke. Check out his documentary about Waterloo
