If you are going with an EV, don't look for any resale value. If you are planning to use it long term, it's fine. The running cost will be low and even zero if you have solar installed. The ride comfort, performance all are better in EVs.
I chose the Curvv Ev over this car. Cause I feel the windsor aka Wuling Cloud looks like a egg or a Pokemon Pikachu. My kid calls it a pikachu car. I look at the curvv ev and it makes me smile each day. Its fun to drive with the extra power and gives me 390 to 420kms range in the City mode.

I didn't have the courage to take a risk buying a tata EV as I have seen so many users complain about battery, actuator issues and bugs. I have been doing EV vlogs for more than 3 years and been a part of some EV communities. My frnds who are EV owners and experts, told me not go go with tata. Windsor is a much cheaper option at 17L. Curvv is much more superior in terms of range, power, features, etc. But, Windsor offers a lifetime battery warranty. So, owners don't have to worry for 15 years (if they own it for such a long time.)
Despite all those MG Windsor looks and design form factors, at the end of day we have to consider on their EV technology and reliability which the Chinese brands are leading in the segment. We and all other key players are far behind and can't catch up them. Tata's EVs are giving nightmares and Tata should show more.
Don't believe these vehicles will be available at this price point. Both E-Vitara and Mahindra EVs will cost at least 20 lakhs. It will be wonderful if they launch at a cheaper price.
