    Knee shouldn't go past your toes.. very bad for the knee joint, ...but good exercise

      but if the knee does not pass the toes there is no movement!! It's practically nothing.

Pero no.. you just need to tighten your core, and go lower.. or increase tension by leaning forward or backward with a straight back.. for example: shoulders, knees and toes aligned.. and switch.. forward the weight will obviously work the biceps femoris ( muscle close to knee inside) and quad.. (and depending on how wide your stands are el gluteus as well obviously), of the forward leg... Whilst leaning backwards with a straight back, will work the same on the back leg; and switching legs cultivates the muscle fiber balance of course.. for both forward and backward activate diferente muscle fiber(works same muscle but makes diferente connectivity, more diferente fiber, instead of on big muscle fiber)
      So I wasn't talking about the whiteness of the stands.
      But hey, if you keep it light, even passing the toes is ok. I was just saying that in case you increase weight too much. (O para gente un poquito gordita.)

      @@eduardomgallo conclusión.. either way forward or back leaning with straight back, .. move and use your bottom more, just for positioning.. point your ass a little more 🔙 jejeje
