What i like most about your setup is how modular it is. Everything is in its separate case and is nice and organized. You can easily find what you want quickly or swap things in or out as needed. Exactly what im going for with my bag. One thing i think you are missing though is a cat5 cable. I always carry a cat5 and hdmi cable in my bag,

A lot of redundancy there. I've consolidated my kit to one portable gaming system, omnicharge 20 (and all of the chargers/adapters), a couple of nomad combo cables so I can charge everything in my bag, Samsung T3 SSD, 2 pair of earphones, JBL flip 3 speaker, a Grid It. and the iPad pro. Much lighter on the back. Can't wait until I get my Omnicharge USB-C. I can further reduce cables once I get that next month.
That backpack is a tech nerd's work of art 😍 be careful carrying that around though, several thousand of dollars worth of tech!!! Maybe an alarm would be a good investment
