Its year 2019 And here i am still coming back to hear this song of how life is unjust on people who has almost nothing but still hope and fight to live a life of another day...
This theme is one of the best themes I've listened to in a while *-* The way it starts off with those hopeful string instruments and then builds up to badassery with the guitars and piano really remind me of the SSS.
They still might. They are doing Heavens Door right now, and once that arc is complete I think they will follow up on the second alternative ending shown in the dvd collection. Of course, it really is just buying time to test the strength of the fanbase to convince higher ups to give the go on another season.
I was content with the ending, but that's just me. Though I do we could have seen a bit more of them afterward. Of course... They wouldn't quite be themselves now would they.

If you appreciate the raw beauty of its authenticity, then the accompanying understanding and the peace of mind can serve as guides in an ongoing journey for fulfillment. It would make anyone's day 100% more awesome just to have this playing in the background on a continuous loop no matter where you went all day every day.
I think the ending was really well tied together, and the story that was being told had ended so a series 2 would, for me, change and ruin what I imagined happened to the reincarnations of Otonashi and Kanade.

They say it's going to be the same story but they will cover some plot holes like the world and some of the characters lives are going to be revealed. i think im the only one in the world who made it without shedding a single tear at the last episode of angel beats! although the ending was sad as hell i was still happy for everyone i hope they all got their happy second chances like how they wanted!!! :")

goodgalbadgal Elfen Lied, Tokyo Ghoul and Angel Beats (not finished it yet, I binged it 5 episodes by five and it was a bad idea) are definitely in my top. Some other animes I remember as "feelful" are Wolf's Rain, Nanatsu no Taizai (regarding some backstories) and this one episode in Soul Eater (and everything regarding Crona afterwards)
I totally agree! The way that Angel Beats does it is that it leaves you on a cliff hanger to let you think and feel emotional. It's one of those things where if they continued the anime, it would be cheesy, so if they didn't it was epic :D

The origninal version fits in epic moments, or serious moments. But where would this fit in? I love it, but I don't see a perfect moment where it could fit in. ;~;
When I think of Angel Beats I think of; cute girls, guns, AWESOME music, comedic characters, AMAZING plot, the meaning of life, a fight against god, a small love story, and iternal friendship. Definately on my top anime list!
Yes I agree with you for the most part. Honestly it could be either of our theories or even another which we haven't suspected. I believe he had a hard life and still yearned for that "thank you" that was last spoken on his sisters lips. So in my opinion he still wished very much to hear it. But whether that was enough to take him into the Afterlife and not be immediately reincarnated is unclear. Thank you very much for your well written point of view though! I appreciate how fathomable it is.

The Theme of the SSS is a remix of Unjust Life with more of an upbeat tone. Unjust life has a really remorseful tone in comparison. Both are awesome.
