Inexperienced Operators are dangerous and can kill..Major satety issues here. From guy standing behind lift to lift operator turning with container up high. Even strong wind gusts will flip you when operating like this.... As the guy said just before this happens..."Not his first time doing this" Hopefully he will never do it again... Plus a note to Ultra Depot..!!! No one should be standing around lifts when they are being operated...!!!!
