    I am going through a similar flare-up of burn-out panic attacks the past two days. This is such a timely message for me. Thank you.

      Same here. I have learned unfortunately that after having this experience several times that you can have a physiological response that isn't even related to anything you are thinking about because I was having the physical response but not related to anything I was thinking about. That was the hardest part for me to wrap my head around. Apparently, your body can condition itself to respond a certain way unrelated to our thoughts. This is when I really have to rely on the Lord to pull me through and just calm my nervous system down. God Bless.

      That’s reeeeally hard for me too…. Dealing with panic when you’re not even thinking anxious thoughts.

    I’m burned out and I’ve not got this bad and I don’t want to!!! I’ve re planned our school schedule!!! Some stuff we can leave for a later time!!! I’ve told my husband and then I had to discuss the fact we will do certain stuff later on with my older kids so they know we will do it later!!! My kids have seen the effect of me not working out and now if we don’t they remind me how close the beach is!!! I wonder if my burn out this time is the fact we lost a pet!!! We are preparing for our next pet but we miss our last one!!! I put our electives on pause!!! My older kids are able to find a way to do it without me if they want tho!!! My oldest son basketball is next to the beach so he goes on his own and we watch him!!! I’m good at keep going and ignoring it!!!

      Sorry, my neighbor started mowing when I was in the middle of filming and I had to squeeze it in anyway before the baby woke from nap!

    Fasting and prayer cures all.
    Panic attacks are a warning of something out of balance, god designed us perfectly.
    A panic attack during sleep is scarey, i found the route cause of mine with a constant glucose monitor, my blood sugar dropped too low during sleep and my body over reacted (hyper dawn effect).
    A little tip to cure a panick attack (fight or flight) try and do one of those things, fight or run, heavy intense excercise until it yealds to you and you dont yeald to it, your nervous system quickly learns and although the thought of doing this at that particular time is daunting force yourself and it will dissipate.
    Obviously this is assuming youve had the all clear on all your blood work and there are actually no underlying medical issues.

      Sometimes exercise does help. I went on loooots of walks when I was having a lot of attacks and depression.
