Suppose A transferred property to B for life and after that to c(unborn).Now, 'c' he attend the age of majority but till that time B didn't die.so who will be controling the property at that time?

If there is a condition that c shall get the property after attaining majority b will no longer be the trustee of that property c must have to get majority inspite of b is living at that time

Vested property ko sale kya ja sakta hai possession nai Milne se phele?? Eg. A transfer property to B with condition that after the death of B property shall be transfer to C. here C has a vested interest over property but possession is not yet given. Here can C sale property before death of B.
