I present my Halloween inspired metal song including renditions of the Halloween and Exorcist themes! Horror-core!!! Produced, mixed and mastered by Carmen Sorge.
Lyrics:
The full moon is out tonight
So you better stay inside
Stay inside and lock your door
Tonight's a night of horror
All evil comes out to play
On this hallows day
You can run but you can't hide
No one gets out alive
1, 2 Freddy's coming for you
3, 4 Better lock your door
5, 6 Grab a crucifix
7, 8 Gonna stay up late
9, 10 Never sleep again...
the build up and the solo itself have to be used as soundtrack for a movies big final battle. It cant just be burried in the depths of youtube
*Wise words, good man*
So. Good.
So. God.
So. Gd.
So. .

The best part of this song and video was the solo. This guy may be goofy like myself, but you can feel the feeling in it. Solo's with a heartbeat are hard to come by these days.
only if you don't know where to look
+chuck ferrell I said the same thing. Has a nice Pink Floyd feel to it and gave me chills
HOLY MOTHER!!!! That Solo was a masterpiece!
ikr pure eargasm
He rock's too hard because he's not a mortal man!
Solo is fucking epic!!!! Like the perfect marriage of Gilmour and petruccis styles.
I was supposed to write it...
@@witzYT i agree about petrucci not gilmour..if you ever heard anything from Andy la rocque...
1:17 100% accurate horror film´s acting
Hahahaha
Correct your prize is to not be brutally murdered by Michael Myers
True
LOL 😂 you took the words right out of my mouth
That solo was fucking EPIC
It was!!!
Yeah! Sounded awesome
+metalfreekz13 TRUE.
Still is fucking epic! :D
wasn't expecting a solo.
great build up. blew my mind
Hey dude, what is a build up? :)

I don't understand how this doesn't have more views. It is absolutely perfection. The time and editing that went into this video is insane.
His top 5 best guitar solo
100% agree. This is my absolute favorite video of him. I don’t get why this hasn’t gone viral.
I came back to watch this video again and was about to comment the same!
I just discovered this. I'm baffled as well. That solo ripped my heart out
Now I might be stoned, but I know a epic solo when I hear it, and Ladies and Gentlemen, that was an epic solo!! Great work Steve!
Ravi Teja It really fits the song!
A solo so epic not even the purest heart of evil could stand up to it.
Ravi Teja I'm stoned too and this is badass !
Nothing more metal than defeating evil with an epic guitar solo... You mentioned being stoned -dude I was watching this one time stoned and I was thinking of my grandmother who had passed recently at the time (we all called her "Gigi" because that's what my daughter called her), and I was scrolling through the comments and just as that guitar solo started I scrolled past a comment that said "Gigi says hi" -I'm sure being baked had something to do with it but the beauty of the music and the coincidence in the comment just floored me. Trippy!
Ravi Teja my thoughts exactly
While my guitar djently sweeps
The part from 3:48 was just phenomenal! Literally got goosebumps wen the solo started! 😍👌
Yes, me too. :D
Stay from 2015 until 2019 . . .
Hello 2019???? Best of the best epic solo
This is so insanely badass. Technical, polyrhythmic, elegant, crisp, brutal, thoughtful.. Fuck yes!!
4:30 on HOLY SHIT
kungfucolin 2:50 Attack on Titan :D similar use of the same dramatic intervals.
He KILLED THAT SOLO!! damn I felt the emotion and skill! He murdered that solo tho! Homicide crazy psycho sick murder slashed blood spilled , nasty killed it! I can't stress how good he is👌
When my daughter grows up and asks me about the best solo in the world, I'll show her this one. Brings tears to my eyes everytime!!
This solo literally brought tears to my eyes. It sounds like a final battle of a man in which he transforms himself through struggle into a godlike consciousness, event though losing the battle and dying. Enlightenment through facing pain head on. Like a Jesus on a cross.
One of the best solos I have ever heard !!!!
The solo still gets me every time
same, me to haha, so legit
3:48 onwards is just BEAUTIFUL...
Welp, time for my annual tradition of listening to this 40 times a day until Halloween.
How the fuck hasn't this gone viral yet so fucking great props man
***** True, but this is by far the best
What in your opinion is better?
What metal version of Halloween was the question
This one is the best that sweeping just fucking perfect
if Jason Voorhees stops being a killer he could become a janitor... just look at those sweeps
A Djanitor...hehe
is this that new slipknot video ?
just kidding guys
FOR SKYRIM, AND SOVNGARDEEE

+harvey Donohoe Dude i died laughing in a certain part.
yeah. holy balls!!! amazing solo. that's up there with gilmour and vai...
damn!
+Wadsmitter rffrfdddddrrrrr
+Wadsmitter rffrfdddddrrrrr
To me it was pure Petrucci (which has by his turn some Gilmour in it)
Very George Lynch-ish
such wasted guitarist this guy could be doing so much more
Driving away the evil by playing metal on an unplugged electric guitar... damn, that's pretty metal...
That solo was fucking epic. You stirred up some emotions in me. Fucking hell,I've fast forwarded to it 4 times now. lmao. You did a real awesome job on that piece!
lol. i know the feeling bruh
Same
Still keep coming back to this one. Such a good song and I love how the solo shreds him to submission
Came back for that solo. It always gives me goosebumps. 🔥 🎸
DUDE bad ass!! every aspect...production, editing, filming, acting(um..lolz), costume, location. Your more current videos are all so well thought out, growing as an artist exponentially, we can see it!!!
My review is: Infusion of metal, comedy, intelligence with a powdering of general dorkiness ...love it 5 bong rating !!
The way the guitarist holds his guitar and plays he reminds me so much of Mick Thompson from Slipknot
could be. you never know lol
Jason vorhees in this reminds me more of jim root from slipknot
That guitarist is Stevie T. Lol
+High Five Ghost Yeah he holds his guitar at the same height Mick does and the jumpsuit just makes it look right lol

i love this! that solo almost made me tear up. lol. pure talent!!
+1 defeating evil with tasteful guitar solo
Tis the only way
Thanks for making my day, Stevie! I love the eerie piano theme! Love them riffs, too!
I'm listening to it before every Halloween for the past 6 years
swear to God that solo is one of the most beautiful i ever heard...a little touch of andy la rocque style..maybe..but stevie t you are the master man congrats
Anyone just watching this now in 2020?
ANYONE ELSE NOTICE THE SOLO IS IN 7/4 TIMING!? Legendary.
it's so weird because the halloween theme is in 5/4 but he plays the song in 4/4 it throws me off so hard haha
+Luke Rodriguez actually at 1:35 the time signature switches from 4/4 to 5/4 once he adds that extra note.
I was also very confused with the time signature for the Tubular Bells/Exorcist/Solo Part. After a while I settled on 7/8 but when I saw this comment I realized that the beat I was keeping was at intervals closer to quarter notes (the beat I kept for the Halloween theme) than eighth notes, so yeah it probably IS 7/4.
Manu Perez Yeah i knwo it's in 7/4 but i was just saying how the transition of 4/4 & 5/4 threw me off haha
Luke Rodriguez I wasn't really telling you that it was 7/4. The thing I meant to tell you was the time signature of Halloween. The 2nd paragraph I really meant for Dillon Josey.
The Tubular Bells riff is actually a measure of 7/8, then a measure of 8/8.
9 years later and that solo still makes the hairs on my neck stand up. Top 10 solos of all time. I need this as a downloadable track
I keep coming back to this video. I cant get over how awesome the guitar solo is.
How does this guy not have more subscribers? I am laughing the whole time and he is fucking awesome at playing the guitar.
A lot of people think he is annoying
+Kyle H Lol he has 0,25 million subscribers, what do you expect, the clientel of that genre just isnt that big.
+Kyle H To me, he has an absurd amount of subscriptions. Don't get me wrong, he's great, I really like his videos etc etc but my point is there's many guys like him with much less views and publicity. For example, I know one guy who to me seems just as good as a player if not even better, let's just say a guitar god like him, really funny, has more content too but how many subs? A bit over 4k, nowhere near Steve. It's all about the perspective, really how ridiculously many subs should he have that you'd be pleased? Do you even know anyone like him(=talented both in playing skill and humor) that has more subs?
+TheTurpinator I think he's an amazing guitarist and he's hilarious too
Dude the instrumentals were incredible! I loved all of the different time signatures you used and the dissonance was awesome
Been listening to this for years, and it still gives me chills
5 years later - almost to the day - and this is still one of the VERY few things I have saved in my UA-cam "to watch" list.
You rock Steve!
This was incredible. It kind of makes me laugh seeing comparisons between you and other guitarists...you are the best by a mile..the nerdy thing cant hide you anymore.
Ladies and gentlemen, this(1:06) is what a good chugging riff sounds like.
When you try to find a metal Halloween song and find exactly what your looking for, but it’s Stevie T. The best. This was amazing
Steve, I've seen this just now, and you've just made my day with the Tubular Bells melody. Bless you man!
That solo is awesome! Great video and great playing.
That was amazing. You are so talented AND a goofy sense of humor. You are becoming one of my favorite channels.
BTW. that solo you did while walking down the hall was great. It sounded a lot like Steve Vai, but he would have used a shit ton of whammy bar in it. I'm a huge fan of Vai, so I hope you take that as the compliment I intended.
The incredible emotion and depth in the solo...you really do believe he's playing to save his life and defeat evil. Amazing Stevie!
Ok.... how come I am only finding about this awesomeness now??? WOW!!! Love this! Well done!
What an EPIC solo!
2019. Still awesome, and hilarious.
omg i can't with the running 😂😂😂
I'm still watching this almost 4 years on. Still the best solo i've heard Stevie do period!
That solo was kickass!! Loved it
Dude, where do you live? Looks like you're in the middle of the woods, that is awesome, I would kill to live somewhere like that
He sounds northern, I've been thinking Canada
Billy Pantoja Canada
+Billy Pantoja no wonder hes so happy go lucky lol. Imagine living in the canadian forest in a nice house, who wouldnt be happy.
+Billy Pantoja Would you kill him? O.o
Spoopy
+Billy Pantoja Sorry to break it to you guys, but living out in the country really isn't as great as it sounds. It gets boring fairly quickly.
Love what you did with both the Halloween theme and Tubular Bells. The solos are outstanding.
This video's got it all, including the old metal movie video trope of the lead guitarist using his POWAH SOLO to battle the villain. Just awesome, so good man, so good.
Still coming back to listen to this solo. You are great my friend :)
That whole Tubular Bells stick was geniuos, amazing solo. I'd like to think that even Oldfield himself would approve. 😆 Keep it up👍
What an awesome solo and melodic building throughout the entire track !
This dude was blessed with talent. I'm 37 & been playing guitar for years but Stevie is on another level. I love when the exorcist riff kicks in btw
this reached all new levels of awesome from 3:48 onward.
Holy divine eternal sh*t this is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Halloween, my favorite time of year. Horror movies, my favorite genre of movies. Heavy metal, my favorite genre of music. Playing guitar, as a 40 year old man has been my favorite pastime and creative outlet since I was 13 years old. And Stevie T, an effortlessly masterful guitar shredder who can make badass music out of seemingly ANYTHING, bringing all of that together into one truly awesome video, free to view on UA-cam. This is easily my favorite video that Stevie T has ever done, and the soloing is top tier, powerful and full of feeling. I'll be rewatching this video many times in the future.
Is there anything metal can’t do?! Using the power of metal to conquer our deepest fears.
Two of my ultimate horror themes together In an absolute metal feast.
It gave me goosebumps Steve!
🤘 ❤️
i guess you could say, that you shredded Michael Myers to pieces, mauehaeuaehahahahaha!
Daaaamn this is so good! And that solo was excellent!
Steve man this is awesome. Great work love the ending solo
I come and watch this every Halloween. Amazing.
This video still has more story than the movie "Ouija" that just came out.
Crap, I was hoping that would've been a good flick!
youre right, i go to those movies to people watch. thats what they are for.
you ever think us horror fans watch horror films just because we love horror movies in general.... i love horror films and i've watched several shit films that seemed like shit... yet i watch because i love...
Charlie Deaver I concur with this mortal. I've sat through a myriad of "bad horror movies" just because they entertain me, albeit not the way the makers intended lqtm. I will always love B-rated horror and Found Footage. If done correctly it can have a sense of verisimilitude and add the atmosphere of the movie. Though, a lot of people just piggyback on the screams of the gullible and the horror fanatics to flush their movies out and over saturate the movie community.
Though, every once in a while, someone comes along and actually puts some thought into their movie and you can tell that they care lqtm. Ah well, a couple (hundred) bad movies won't stop me from watching horror haha~!
Aaron Knee Please put your thesaurus down and stop trying to sound like a pretentious douchebag.
Man, Steve. Your vids are so good. Your playing is so good. I get a little excited every time you post a new video haha. Will forever be a fan! :]
the best video you ever made! wow...the way it turns when you come back from your room with your guitar...amazing...you have a real talent!
Still the best guitar solo of Steve 8 years later! Superb!
How many times has everyone watched the solo. Holy Balls of miraculous tones!
Forsaken by Dream Theater is actually a really good inspired-by song using the Halloween/Exorcist motif. But this song kicks ass!!
Ive watched this like a million times. I cant get over how awesome this is.
Incredible work. Absolutely brilliant.
you are super talented dude! amazing song! amazing video :D
6:00 dave mustaine
Whole video was awesome, even nerdy big eyed oblivious girl lol...solid work, and that solo over the Exorcist theme was amazing man \m/
Dang, that solo was freaking amazing! Well done!
I've been blasting this in my truck with the windows down at every redlight every October since it was uploaded on youtube.
This video is a hallow win !
The tripping over nothing...and the solo...made this amazing
Probably my favourite Stevie T video of all time and it’s such an underrated one too
Steve this solo part sounds amazing and "tasty". Great job.
Still one of Stevie’s best solos. We need a sequel soon
Damn man!, You really pulled out some David Gilmore feeling in that solo🤘🤘. Beautifully brilliant!
I'm loving this guitar tone. It's so vibrant.
I lollllled at the random tripping, always happens in the movie.
That Michael Myers mask looks oddly like Till Lindemann.
lol
Actually, It looks like William shatner.
@@xXxThelegend27xXx Actually, it was a joke.
It actually looks like the micheal myers halloween 4 mask
Bad ass dude... The music goes with your place...that scenery..
That was great! It was a whole movie and everything! Thanks Steve you're the best...
So many people talk shit on this kid but I dare any of those people to write something this heavy yet beautiful. Fuck em Steve do your thing!
That solo part sounded like For Giants :D awesome vid, published on my bday ^^
I can hear this over and over again and the solo still sounds amazing
I listen to this at least once a year. It's as much a part of my Halloween experience as watching, well, Halloween. Great job again my friend. Not only did you make a great vid, and play insane guitar, but you also made me want to step my game up for what just one man and one camera can do as far as a quality video is concerned. HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!! Stay safe!!!!!!!!!!!!!
