He's got a couple of good ones in the 2008 Oregon State USC game
Fowler took about a half a season to get comfortable in this role, and as a fan I took about that long to get used to him instead of Brent Musburger calling the big games, but he has really taken to the role and is now a legitimate #1 sports announcer across the board. He is as good at this as he was for all those years as a studio host, which is saying something.

The 2018 Rose Bowl with Georgia versus Oklahoma was awesome. Fowler did a great job in the whole game was basically a highlight show

Chris's first assignment at ESPN was as host/reporter for a national high school show called Scholastic Sports America (1986-88).
Him becoming the lead ESPN guy at the advent of the College Football Playoff era has been the biggest boon possible for big-time college games.
