More like the passengers should not trust her! "Stay seated WITCHA seatbelts fastened"?! Wtf?! Shes supposed to be a flight attendant not some crappy annoying drug dealing rapper. What is she gonna do if there is an emergency? Start "shakin that ass"?! 😂
Just looked up the registration on this -700 and saw that it’s been retired since November 😔. Pretty cool you got to fly this aircraft in its last few months of service . The MAX is neat, but low key I’m kinda sad to see the NG’s going away. 😭 Definitely an unpopular opinion lol, but for me, it’s the engine sounds that are unique to this airplane and bring nostalgia; for sure I’m going to miss it when the quiet jets take over. 😔 Ayy, but on a better note, the video was amazing as usual 👍 😎
Well, one of the things I love about this channel is its ability to help preserve these aircraft forever. They may be gone now, but you'll still be able to fly on them here!
At 13:42, if you look closely you can see the outline of what was RWY 17-35. Airport enthusiasts like myself will remember Hobby had that north-south runway that intersected the two other main runways - 13R-31L and 4-22. Mostly used by Southwest (no shock there lol). Same thing at DAL, the taxiway construction mid-field is where RWY 18-36 used to be. Both airports will have simpler layouts now (albeit HOU's will still have intersecting runways). Also, cool FA on the PA. 👍 Have flown to both 13s at DAL when coming in from the south, they do like to keep it tight there. Great video as always!
This flight was in August. August 16th I think. I can't see the description in my creator studio, but if you really want to know for sure it's in the description.
First time on Southwest this year and coming from the UK! If I don’t have priority boarding will I be guaranteed on getting a window seat? I’m basing that on do lots of people bother with priority boarding ?
Without having status on Southwest it all depends on when you check in. Those that have status, or have paid for the upgraded boarding are the only ones guaranteed to board in the A group. After those people have all gotten A numbers, it then goes off of check in time. So you'd want to check in exactly 24 hours before the flight. Waiting even an hour later and you'll almost certainly get a C number. The only surefire way to ensure you get the seat you want if yo udon't have status is to pay for the upgraded boarding.
Almost never. Assuming you mean uncomfortable as in uneasy about flying. If you mean uncomfortable as in physically uncomfortable because of the seat, then every time I fly haha.
I think that's just a reflection. Generally you need some type of cloud for the ice in the air to create a sun dog. And it's pretty clear there. I think that's the safe bet.
hey skylite great video as always but i had a question.i recently saw a video of a swa 737700 landing but something was off.the flap tracks had like a red tip and they looked very thin?do you know anything about these liek what they are and how many planes have them?thanks as always😊
I don't know what to say about them looking thin. Except that the angle you're looking at them from inside the cabin changes the way they look. The red tipis was likely because they used to be red. All Southwest flap tracks fairings used to be painted red and most of them were simply painted over with the new grey or white. Whatever the new color is supposed to be haha. When the paint starts to peel you can often see the red still underneath.
I think I know what you are referring to. I saw pictures of them as well, I think they are testing another fuel efficiency thing, like the split scimitars were tested at first.
Great video. Southwest is going to have to change their interior on the 700 series aircraft. You can tell a difference in comfort and cabin from the 800 series and max
Because there are a lot of people who either don't care if they bother other people, or are too oblivious to recognize they are bothering other people.
I'm telling you, things really DO seem to be bigger in Texas. Even the baggage trains seemed larger than elsewhere. Well, anyhow, we're supposed to get down into the teens by Friday, so brace yourself and dress warmly. Hmmmm... didn't that steward in Titanic say that to Caladon Hockley and Rose De Witt Bukater when he said "Put your life jacket on. And remember, dress warmly. It's quite cold out tonight"? Anyhow, time for me to go watch today's General Hospital. It looks like Esme finally has Total Recall. How come so many people in soap operas get amnesia?
Ahhh nothing better than flying the legendary low cost carrier Southwest and the iconic pinstripes 🧡💙💛
Thanks for watching my friend!
Very stunning aerial view of Houston Hobby Airport luv it 🧡💙💛
another great video! Sweet flight attendant on this one.
Thanks for upload of Houston to Dallas...views of freeways was good. Don't know for sure if it was I-45.
Love Field here we come 🧡💙💛
“We love you, but we don’t trust you” safety announcements were top-notch 😅😅

Yea their safety announcements are always top notch that way they keep the passengers safe

When was this flight? This aircraft has been retired for two months.

Butter smooth approach and landing

What language is the captain speaking, approaching Dallas?
Well I would assume English, since this is a US airline operating a US domestic flight.
That’s where I love Southwest the funniness
Awesome

@@sla31 haha it was very strange it was a perfect red line on the end but maybe it chipped like a certain plate of metal or something thanks siykite

I actually prefer the 700 interior. The seats, IMO, are more comfy and comfortable than the new slimline seats on the 800's and Max 8.
Why is someone letting their device make noise every few seconds for like the entire flight
Because there are a lot of people who either don't care if they bother other people, or are too oblivious to recognize they are bothering other people.
👍
floppy wing.
How were you able to get a window seat given the fact that Southwest is first come first serve? Lol
Because I fly Southwest 60 times a year. And I have status with them. Which means I'm always in the A15-40 range.
I'm telling you, things really DO seem to be bigger in Texas. Even the baggage trains seemed larger than elsewhere. The old girl looks beat to hell!
Yeah, a true workhorse!
Day 2 of asking for a reply to this comment
Well I reply to as many comments as I can my friend. Sometimes it does take me a few days to catch up though haha.
Southwest doesn't even care about cleaning their planes anymore haha
This plane was actually retired a month ago, they didn’t need to clean it at the point of the video
