It's a shame this was never released. Arguably one of his best. He has the uncanny ability to put all of his emotions into the entire song. From the way he pours out the lyrics, to the chords on guitar and the melancholy, bittersweet chorus. It's all there. Pure raw emotion and you can feel every bit of it. He doesn't get the credit he deserves for being such an amazing artist and musician. This is an incredible song.
I'm in the middle of uploading some early Bingham material if you're interested! I've only got three up so far (I believe he has 8 unreleased/bootleg). Check it out if interested!
I can play this beautiful song over and over! So sweet, such an amazing song about such a selfeless love....what we can hope for in a partner. Trust, love, admiration, loyalty, safety, accountability, partnership......chemistrry, atrraction within.....soul attraction, beauty that shines. Pure Unconditional Love
I will never get tired of your music or this song. Thank you Bingham! This one reminds me of my husband, the most selfless person I've ever met. And my sister...who I'd always give my last sip or water. ❤ And who I'll never leave behind again...never been to a show but oh how we'd love to catch you at the Rymann.
In this day and age, it is so difficult to set yourself apart from the rest. Ryan Bingham does exactly that! Love everything this guy does! Musically, he can do no wrong!!!
Country music singers like rayn Bingham Cody jinks and whiskey Myers and all the rodeo Texas country music needs to be playing on the 95.3 the range KHYI
This is hands down Binghams most underrated song. How in the world did a tune as beautiful as this never make it on one of his records?! Another underrated, unreleased RB song that I just can’t get enough of is his cover of “that’s how strong my love is” by Otis Redding. Go check it out and tell me what yall think....
I know... about the sobriety deal. I used to listen to ryan Bingham songs when I was drinker than 7000 Indians. It was the only thing that would shut my mind up enough to go to sleep. Now I'm sober
@Phart07 Well Im guessing its from his Self-Produced 'Dead Horses" cd that he released way back when, thats where the song is from. I just googled the album to get the picture.
Obviously this song hits home hardcore for alot of people, Respect for you Ryan man you speak from the heart. Do understand why your not like mainstream brother your fuckin awesome, the music industry today i think has some flaws, and is fucked, and it all has to do with money and ego, course butnitsball cuz thatsbwherebthere getting money gutbfuck that Brother your music contributes to reality and the soul man. Things need to change music is really brainwashing children
Waylon Jennings sound effect one thing about this song is that I like the guitar picking like I said Waylon Jennings sound effect that's what I like about it
It's on the unreleased album. I think he had two of them. Honey is so simple, but great imagery of teenage love. Great song. That whole Wishbone Saloon album is great. A lot of people in country would kill to write it.
I have a download link for Wishbone Saloon, if you or anyone else wants it. Just wish I could find the rest of his older albums like Poor Boys Amen, Lost Bound Rails, etc.
Response to how to play its really simple ..... my rendition of what he's doing ... .. Capo 4th fret. Basic chord progression is Am, C, F, G his picking pattern is normal but different just listen to the song and you'll get it. He does some other things but its pretty easy to replicate once you get the chords
@lalljp aw, strange... it isn't on my dead horses. maybe there are different editions of the cd. would that make any sense? i mean - wasn't it just a demo?!
Hey guys, I'm French and unfortunately I can't understand all of the lyrics. Could somebody please be kind enough to quickly transcript it? I would really appreciate it. Thanks a lot.
From what I've picked up sounds like he's talking to an ex. Sounds as if hes telling her all the things he would do so not to have anymore tears from her. As far as The trigger let down ....makes no sense to count bullets from a gun that you let the hammer Down on reference or not. Sounds more like he'd count every bullet from the "trigger he let down" in other words " and I'd count every mistake that I have caused" :) but thats just the way I interpret it .
Im drinking again after 6 months sober, thats a good thing brother you want to be sober. You gotta want it first, i want it too, trust menyourngonna feel better go for it, youl have relationships with people you never knew you could man. Attitude is everything and if your feelin down bout yourself trust me it has nothingnto do with looks....its all about your attidude, clean up and watch brother, i promise the worlds gonna show you love man.watch, we all only got this life then what? Nobody can say brother have fun. Just be happy, clear your mind.
That's a hate crime because they have been getting me to send them nast pictures and then telling me that there ashamed I fell raped and there yuousing Rayn Bingham that's bad

This is my all time favorite song by him. Sad it’s not on streaming apps. His words are poetry

Not on Dead Horses. Maybe an outtake because his voice sounds older than it did on Wishbone Saloon.
Awesome, thanks a lot man. And if you ever need a French song translation... ;)
it was not on "dead horses". so where it is from? i need that tune!
Waylon Jennings sound effect one thing about this song is that I like the guitar picking like I said Waylon Jennings sound effect that's what I like about it
He has an unreleased song called “ honey” that I can no longer find... absolutely amazing song
Got a copyright claim and takedown for that one :(
It's on the unreleased album. I think he had two of them. Honey is so simple, but great imagery of teenage love. Great song. That whole Wishbone Saloon album is great. A lot of people in country would kill to write it.

Best music I've heard in a very long time.... Thank you Ryan Bingham.
Good question. It confuses me as well. You have to ask Ryan Bingham about that one haha

I love it. I want to get it, where do i look?
Hey I've got a question though. Does "let down a triger" mean to pull it?
I tried my best to transcript it. I put it in the description.
Anyone have LOST BOUND RAILS cd
anyone know how to play this one?
Oh, okay, thanks. But why is he talking about the bullets he fired if he decided not to shoot then?
Hey guys, I'm French and unfortunately I can't understand all of the lyrics. Could somebody please be kind enough to quickly transcript it? I would really appreciate it. Thanks a lot.
Anyone know the chord progression?
His music sounds like Waylon Jennings music
and I.....
