David discovered Josh when he was a 16 year old kid. Josh was asked to come in and sing a practice session of " The Prayer" with Celine Dion because Andrea Bocelli couldn't make it in from Italy. Josh was so scared and intimidated he initially said no. You can only imagine how he must have felt being asked at such a young age to fill in for on of the greatest singers on the planet. Eventually he agreed and went in and did a great job. And as they say......the rest is history.
I get chills when I hear him. He came to Tulsa some years ago. I had 3 row middle. Excited.. my family and friends were excited with me. I got up that morning with a bacterial ulcer in my eye. I didn't get to go. I cried and my family cried with me. I was wanting him to sing To where you are for Jonah. My son passed away.

He was just talking about feeling slighted when Josh didn’t mention him as being the wrong way to think. His role was to help Josh be a star, not get more accolades for himself. David mentioned a person that helped him get started, and he doesn’t talk about what that person did for him all the time. David has been therapied to death. So Josh what are you doing on this evening? So what instrument have you been learning to play these days?. Josh seeing you at that concert in 07 with my youngest child for her twenty first celebration was such an experience. And then when you played that drum solo I was so blown away. Was so glad I had gone to see you. Always have kind of been interested in what you were up to as I find. You're such an incredibly talented individual. And your Charisma During performances it's quite enduring. It was fun being a part of that performance at the Stockton arena.

Love your voice and was exposed to tenor music very young. My Dad sang for many groups and he passed away last September and miss his singing.

Josh is 40 years old today, which is the same day his friend & brother Chris was born, today 2-27-2012. I was @ his concert 4 "Stages" w/my Mom on his 35th birthday in FL. 2-27-2016, which was wonderful! B4 this note I saw where he, himself wrote a reply, I'm hoping not 2 hurt him in anyway with feedback concerning Sweeney! God bless him & everyone who knows him!"

What is David talking about? Josh has mentioned him incessantly in interviews, and has always given him credit, when he really didn't need to.
He was just talking about feeling slighted when Josh didn’t mention him as being the wrong way to think. His role was to help Josh be a star, not get more accolades for himself. David mentioned a person that helped him get started, and he doesn’t talk about what that person did for him all the time. David has been therapied to death. He’s kind of narcissistic, but woke about it.

Josh seeing you at that concert in 07 with my youngest child for her twenty first celebration was such an experience. And then when you played that drum solo I was so blown away. Was so glad I had gone to see you. Always have kind of been interested in what you were up to as I find. You're such an incredibly talented individual. And your Charisma During performances it's quite enduring. It was fun being a part of that performance at the Stockton arena.
