ང་དང་འདྲ་བའི་མི་རྟག་པ་ཚོ། Like me and all sentient beings are temporary
འཛམ་གླིང་འདིའི་ནང་ང་ཚོ་ཉིན་ཁ་ཤས་རིང་གི་མགྲོན་པོ་ཡིན། We are the guests on this planet for few days or years.
དེ་རིང་ཡོད་ན་ སང་ཉིན་མེད་ སང་ཉིན་ཡོད་ན་ གནངས་ཉིན་མེད། ཉི་མ་ཁ་ཤས་ཁྱད་པར་མ་གཏོགས་
Nothing is permanent, all belongings are temporary, it may differentiate for few days & years only.
སྐྱེ་བའི་མཐའ་ལ་འཆི་དགོས་རེད། འཛོམས་པའི་མཐའ་ལ་བྲལ་དགོས་རེད། All are destined to die after born. Gradually, apart ways after meeting

རྩ་བའི་བླ་མའི་བཀའ་སློབ་སྙིང་གི་ནོར་བུ། སེམས་ལ་ཡང་ཡང་དྲན་རོགས། སེམས་པ་བཟང་པོ་གནང་རོགས།
Think often about our root Guru’s teaching and be kind to each other
ཕན་མ་ཐོགས་ན་ཡང་ གཞན་ལ་གནོད་མ་བྱེད། If you can’t help others then don’t harm others.
སེམས་པ་བཟང་པོ་བྱེད་ན། ས་དང་ལམ་ཡང་བཟང་། If you are kind to others then your life will be good as well.
