This swimmer dives super deep, 196 feet down, into the world’s deepest pool called the Deep Dive. It’s like a castle under the water, and it’s really amazing. After decades of trying to swim underwater and keeping bobbing to the surface, I recently realised that the trick is to empty your lungs at the start of the plunge - that way you lose buoyancy and slowly sink to the floor. Now my nine year old granddaughter and I have fun messing around on the bottom of the swimming pool and freaking out other people in the pool - it’s only ten feet though, and I certainly couldn’t change my clothes down there.
