GB.. if you saved a whip cream from key lime pie, it could have gone on the cheesecake! Mix and match! I think these little kits are adorable!
Yep, once I open a few, especially if I get doubles I plan on doing exactly that (mixing things up).
I love the pfp
I was laughing at the Key Lime Pie! I have made a few of the Dinner Series myself and I agree that the tweezers are not useful when trying to create these. A tip for the resin: remove the lid and the tabbed cover, then put the lid on and stand it up on the lid for a while. This makes it easier to get the resin out. For video purposes, you may want to open the resin first and while it is standing upside down you can open the rest of the items. I know I say this all the time but I love your videos!
That's a good tip! Thank you for sharing Valerie!😁
🎉❤😂
If you set half the resin in the keylime pie first it would stop the cream and the limes from sinking.
If you get doubles I'd save them up and at the end mix and match the ingredients to make your own desserts. You could come up with unique creations.
I'd love to have a go at these when they arrive in Ireland I just hope the price isn't too bad.
That's exactly what I want to do with the doubles! Thanks for the tip on the keylime pie!
Exactly. I do it that way also. He did a good job in putting these together though.
FYI In the directions it does say to put the resin bottles upside down for a period of time before opening - this helps!
Thanks! Good to know!
Putting the bottles in hot water for a minute allows the resin to be more runny.
I friggin love watching these! It never gets old cause everyone’s comes out a lil different 😊
I put the little bottles of resin in hot water for a minute and it makes it real runny. Easier. Also once you pour pie filling you should set it with the uv light that way the toppings don’t sink to the bottom. Layer it. I’ve bought 9 balls and have 1 double. Definitely expensive.
Those are some good tips and tricks! I found that others mentioned the same type of thing. I'm a rookie when it comes to resin, so I'll take all the help I can get! Thank you!
You got a magic touch with these minis and they look fun to put together! Nice work GB! Stay golden 🪙🥇🪙
After watching a lot of these videos I think toothpicks or bamboo skewers would be very helpful in applying the resin
Yay! Finally! I've beenwanting to see someone do it who actually follows the instructions.
I'm wondering GB if you can partially set the resin so when you're making the pie or other items things don't sink in as quickly. You really did a great job my friend is always. I've watched quite a few of these openings and my goodness some of them really were a comedy of errors. One UA-camr was so lost they ended up not using the resin at all and replaced it with slime. LOL bless their heart.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that will work. I even got a few comments suggesting I do that, from people that worked with resin before. The next batch will definitely look better, now that I know some new tricks.😁
Super cute but tedious! I enjoy your videos, especially because you leave your mistakes in when you edit! Keep it real, thank you GB!
I would love for you to complete this collection!!! These are sooo cool!!!
OMG I love the key lime pie kit! Also because it's my fav pie 😏.. love your videos GB❤
I really like your videos! They are amazing 😀
Iismoy brdiy🎉
I would like to offer you some helpful tips while working with UV Resin, get some alcohol wipes or a bottle of rubbing alcohol 91% to clean up any resin you may spill or get on your tabletop or to clean off your tools like your blade etc… you can use baby wipes as well but in my experience the alcohol works best. If your resin piece still feels tacky it needs to go back under the uv light, uv resin never cures on its on without uv rays. If you want certain pieces to stay higher up like in the cup/glass cure part of the resin in the bottom then add more items and cure again, you can do this as many times as you want to get the look you’re going for. You can put the bottles that have the resin in them in warm or hot water to help the uv resin come out easier just do not get water in the resin. If you will be doing many projects with Resin it is a good idea to get a set of basic resin tools to help you move the uv resin and apply much easier, you can also use toothpicks for mixing or applying the resin. The black base of your uv light comes off and will make it easier to cure the resin on a flat surface because the base on yours is made to set hands on for curing uv nail polish. I have pretty close to the same uv light and removing the base was the best way to cure my pieces. I really want to send you some of my resin pieces I makes just to show you the awesome things you can do with resin and polymer clay. If you do have any questions about working with Resin just message me, I hope this info helps you with your mini verse balls, good luck and thank you for the great videos and time you put into them!
Wow! This is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for all the info, tips, and tricks! I'll definitely follow these next time I'm opening some. I appreciate you taking the time to write all this! If you send me anything let me know and/or write "resin pieces" on the package so I don't open it during a mini brands video. Lol
I love watching you make these, dont stop.
Omg these are so fun to watch!!!!
Love how you made it look so easy
These are pretty fun! I got the waffles! Can’t wait to see the rest!
For an item like the key lime pie. It is better to put the resin in and set it and then add a little more resin and then put the whipped cream and limes on. That way they don't sink.
I love these toys, I hope you make more videos of them! 💗💗💗
I just discovered your channel and I love it! thank you for spending your money on these things so I don't have to spend mine to see whats inside 🙂
This was so fun to watch! Your amazing
Look forward to your vids every Saturday!!!
So tiny, and so cute :3
I love those!
Jackie, Nerdecrafter, puts a little bit of resin in the pie and hardens it. Then adds the rest of the resin and the toppings. They don't sink to the bottom this way. Hope this helps for your next one! ❤

Классное видео!
Cool💜it
Hey GB, Your video’s are really cool and fun to watch. Thank you. If you use baby wipes the resin will clean up really easy and you probably take the black bottom of your uv nail light, it will still work and it is so much easier to put taller projects in. I hope you find this information helpful. ❤😅
Hi I love your mini brands video and this video is so nice
Hi Michelle! That is very helpful indeed! Thanks for letting me know!😊
Favourite
Great job at making these! Can't be easy since it's so tiny.
And as a Norwegian I find the prizes cheap/normal lol
Good work
Cool subbed!
Can you make a video using left over supplies from former miniverse projects
Good idea!🙂
I saw the key lime pie and immediately thought of Scott
Love the video, "And Now It's Time For cooking With The Golden Boy!" Here's host of the show G. B. Kuhleen! LOL 😄 I couldn't help myself!
Lol, that's funny!
These are so cute and I can’t wait for your next video! I’ve had some trouble finding them though. Where did you buy these?
I found them at Walmart once, and then every time I went back the shelves were empty. Yours probably carried it too, but they sell like crazy. lol
Ok, Thanks!
so cool i hope they make it to Germany soon
If the resin feels a bit sticky you can always sit them in some rare sunshine when you get it. I live in Western Pa. and totally get it. Still waiting for mine to come from Amazon........😊❤
Good to know! Thanks for the tip! Hope you'll enjoy them too!😊
To cute
❤ sweet
Omg you just set up a mini kitchen and organzie all your duplicates in it then come up with your own recipes!!❤❤
I'm early! And where do you get these? because I want them.
I found them at Walmart!
Greetings from Germany. I love your videos and have my brother bring me the balls from New York
For the pies, the best way is to put about half the filling in, use the light, then put the rest of the filling, then add the topping, that's way the topping cant sink to the bottom, they just rest ontop of it and theres just enough resin to glue them to the layer of filling...
Let’s goooo
I would definitely turn the resin upside down as soon as the package is opened, instead of putting it in hot water.
I make fromos with my duplicates. And I've been on the hunt for that strawberry cheesecake however 😋
What's fromos?
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
I’ve never left a comment but I really love mini stuff and me and my bf like watching all these different mini toys out there that we didn’t know existed. Where did you get these from cause I’ve never seen them here in Pennsylvania?
I found these at Walmart!
My rat's love your video 📹 ❤️
I just got the most amazing idea. I've never been one for buying merch because it really isn't anything I ever want. How about you create GB friendship bracelets. Some beaded, an assortment and I love the thick leather band. You could use those beads that have lettering on them and on the leather band you could create some kind of logo and emboss Golden Boy in Gold lettering. I know it's way out there but it's a thought.
That technically is merch, unless I just give them away.😅 It's a really good idea though, especially since bracelets are part of (almost) every video. I'll definitely add this idea to my list. It's a project alright, but I like it.😀
Are you gonna do series 2
It might be worth pouring half/three quarters the resin in and setting it, before adding a final layer and toppings to prevent sinkage
Good idea! Thank you!
I think if you use the Sun to "cook it" just slightly, then add the pie topping and then finish curing it
I also live in Chicago
You should layer the resin on some of them so that pieces don't sink. Do a layer...cure it, then add a thin layer and the items (limes, whip cream) then cure again
I wonder how much it caused to get all of them🤔
Where do you get those
I had to laugh Golden Boy. It takes a man to order a UV light called The Beast.
Lol, you got me!🤣🤣🤣
For anyone who wants to try this kit:
Please get a light that's specifically made for resin if you don't want to use sunlight. Nail lamps sometimes work too well with resin (I work with UV resin and I have learned the hard way not to use a nail lamp.) Also isopropyl alcohol is great for cleaning up resin! Make sure you don't use water because water is gonna make it worse!
I have the avocado 🥑 toast 🍞 mini verse
And you don't hav to use ALL the ingredients. When i did mine, I onl usd 1 cookie, half the chips, and two whipped cream, and it looked really nice without being cluttered.
And if you individually put the chips in on the outside of the cup, place them one by one along the cup, you dont waste them. You cant see the ones in the center,so that way you can use less, save more for doing customjobs later, and place them carefully where there going to have optimum viewing. You'll only use about 1/3 the chips, have a coupl for on top, and still hae a ton in the jar...
WHERE DID YOU FIND THESE MY SIS GOT ONE FOR CHRISTMAS OR SMT AND WE CAN'T FIND THEM ANYWHERE ONLINE STORES EVERYTHING PLS TELL ME 😭
I got them from Walmart! They are quite popular though and hard to find. I wish you the best of luck in finding some!
😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
Put the resin bottle in warm water to soften
Do they sell them in America
If you heat the resin ue a cup of hot water) itwill flow really easy.
Where do you buy those
I got mine from Walmart!
That UV resin needs to go under the lamp for 120 seconds to cure completely and 30 seconds for LED. Although those instructions are for a relatively thin layer of resin. Personally, I would cure for a lot longer, otherwise the resin is not cured all the way and you’ll start to have issues with it later.
Part2
hi nice video
Do you get these where??
At Walmart!
where do you get that?
I found them at Walmart!
It looks normal though! The peanut butter and banana one!
The peanut butter looks like Caramel
