It can get very warm and hot at Disney World, it's nice to pack travel-size deodorant to reapply throughout the day. Popular products used are ‪@LumeDeodorant‬ and Body Glide. Stay hydrated with Crystal Light packets, Myo drops, and ‪@Liquid-iv‬.
    3:23 - Sunscreen
Avoid getting burnt at Disney World, bring a bottle of sunscreen or use the ‪@solarbuddiesltd2775‬ roll-on applicator and ‪@spotmyuv‬ stickers. ‪@TINTED‬ is also a great roll-on option.
    5:33 - Clothing
Wear lightweight and breathable clothing. My new favorite outfit options are athletic dresses. These are very lightweight and comfortable from ‪@amazon‬
    7:29 - Shoes
You will need comfortable, broken-in, and waterproof shoes at Disney World! I recommend the ‪@ASICSGlobal‬ Dynablast and ‪@crocsinc‬ wedges. Waterproof shoe covers can help keep shoes dry as well.
    9:24 - Stroller Essentials
It is very popular to pack strollers for Disney World if you are going with kids. Pack a stroller cover to protect your stroller if it rains. ‪@petuniapicklebottom4163‬ stroller hooks are great to hook on strollers as well!

Here's some extra tips from a Florida resident & frequent Disney visitor!
-You might not use that cooling towel nearly as much as you think. If you do bring it and get it wet, come prepared with a ziplock to store it in so it doesn't get everything else wet.
-Walmart sells super compact emergency ponchos. Florida is famous(Or infamous, maybe!) for our hurricanes, tropical storms, and rain. It will probably rain while you're at Disney, especially if you visit summer-late fall during hurricane season. Do yourself a favor and get a pack of 2 for like $3 from Walmart for your park bag to avoid paying $10+ for one.
-While stick sunscreen and roller sunscreen are great options, unfortunately it does say on the containers that you still have to rub it in to ensure even coverage and absorption. Please don't skip this just to avoid the greasy hand feeling. Nobody wants to become a human candy cane. Personally, I use a spray-on both for sensory reasons and because it provides the best coverage with the least rubbing in.
-Collapsible water bottles are your friend if you don't mind the Florida Swamp Water(tm) refills with your flavor mixes. They can collapse to save space when you need, provided they aren't full to capacity.
-If your water bottle has some sort of loop on it, get yourself a carabiner clip and clip it to your park bag, belt loop, etc. to free your hands AND save time when you need that much needed hydration fix so you don't have to go digging around to find the water bottle among whatever other supplies you have that day.
-This wasn't very mentioned, but! You are allowed to bring medicine like Benadryl and Tylenol into the parks! If it can pass TSA, you're golden for the park too. Bring these. I can't tell you how many times I've had a park day saved thanks to tylenol in my bag killing a headache before it had the chance to ruin it.
-The characters can sign ANYTHING that isn't food or on your body. Literally. If you can carry it into the park and it isn't edible, you can have it signed. I've seen hats and shirts and pillowcases, I myself have had Goofy sign a plush and Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, and Goofy all sign a pillow.
-For my fellow sensory-sensitive individuals! If you need a quiet area to decompress and take a sensory break, ask any cast member for the nearest quiet area. They'll point you towards one of the quieter areas of the park you're in.

      Bonus tips!
-Be prepared if you fill a backpack with park supplies. You will have to carry that all day. Choose your backpack well, or decide how to better distribute weight.
-You can also bring food into disney as long as you don't have to keep it cold. Me and my park buddy bring goldfish, beef jerky, slim jims, and sandwiches.
-I can't overstate that backpack thing. If you over-pack it, your shoulders will be incredibly sore by mid-late afternoon.

And yes- Florida is largely sand and swamp. That's why our tap water tastes like a swamp.

All good tips, Megan! I have also switched to Lume and find it very effective and I take a little bit of the cream type in a little tiny jar with me in the park /works great and that’s good for all over body freshener. I also bring a little mini cloth that expands underwater and use this when I’m really hot on my pulse points😊

A tip that no one tells you: We all know that we should drink water through out our day at Disney, but you should drink slowly. The reason is because your body can’t absorb water as fast as it can lose it.
The chaffing thing is something I hadn’t thought of until you mentioned it. Personally I prefer Gold Bond body powder. It has a nice cooling effect.
The sunscreen roller applicator is brilliant. I too hate the greasy feel of sunscreen and always end up using too much or not enough.

Than we had to pay $20 plus per person for lightning passes for premium rides..
Appx..$150 plus per day...but it was worth it...other option was to wait 90 to 160 minutes in line....
