Adawi, your session is excellent and very informative! I came across it while searching for specific information about SRS hopping, and it helped clear up some doubts :) , keep it up mate
When speaking about "ports" and users I think it is more appropriate to explain it via layers, because especially in case of MU-MIMO we are not mapping ports to user but a layer (MaMIMO 5G). SSS is Secondary Synchronization Signal.
Thanks for the video. Sorry to say that most of such grid information can be read from standards anyway. However the most important and difficult issue to discuss is about how DMRS is actually used by receiver at dsp algorithm level. I can't find anything about that. Do you know of any examples please.
Thanks anyway for watching the video; yes i agree that his kind of information can be read in the standard. honestly i don't have sources or example for what you are looking for as this level of detail is often not readily available in standard documentation or general explanations, as it involves proprietary implementations and advanced signal processing techniques
Thanks; i didn’t get the question but i have the below video for the steps followed by the UE to acquire MIB and SIB during the initial access ua-cam.com/video/4ore-5a0Mow/v-deo.htmlsi=XVQDIBC46CGvf2lJ
Very useful info Mohamed. Is it possible DMRS-AdditionalPos to be used for MU-MIMO users? DMRS-AdditionalPos increases also the number of antenna ports. Is it correct ? Thank you
Good Question, Georgi; I still did not find any explicit information and an answer to your question. I have read in some documents that additional DMRs improved MU-MIMO Performance. Still, honestly, I don't know whether it increases the number of antenna ports, but I believe it increases the number of antenna ports; I will let you know if I get a direct answer to this question. And please also do the same in case you found it as well.
Very informative.....very good effort
Thanks a lot vipin

Thanks a lot, Hamza 🙏
Thanks a lot,we are always waiting for your new videos
I am happy to hear that; i will ensure to share more. Thanks a lot
Very good , thanks a lot
Thank you 🙏
Very clear, thanks alot
Thanks a lot, Mena, I am grateful that you keep sharing your feedback

Yes; you fully right; this point for ports and layer mapping need more clarification; even myself i need to read and try to understand it more

NIce video. Do you have any video for how does UE acquire MIB and SIB from physical layer point of view ?
Thanks; i didn’t get the question but i have the below video for the steps followed by the UE to acquire MIB and SIB during the initial access
