He definitely does, a lot of these funeral escort companies in Florida do it. They get retired police vehicles throw sirens on them and light and play rent a cop for the day. I ran into 2 in the same day in Florida. Blocking the intersection with their lights and sirens.
I love how Jeremy uses the terms "My officers", "sate certified agency" and "my security guards" and D. Phil totally destroyed him by saying, you are not security and you are not certified to produce officers.
He also calls them contractors. Which they aren't. And its illegal for them to be contractors only the company that hires them can legally/financially call them contractors. But he still uses the term to sound more official and to sound like a govt defense company

Notice how he stands and looks when he’s in his work uniform. You can see that he feels very confident and proud. His confidence has gotten the best of him. Sad, sounds like he had a great business. This should’ve been an easy fix, know your place, change your uniform, don’t carry all that stuff in the utility belt because you’re not going to use it anyway, and quit saying those things to make it sound like you are authority.

On the show, Jeremy said his dark blue uniform was not the same as what the real police wear in the Tampa area, however, in a video of him and his partner in Ybor interacting with the real police, it confirms that the colors are identical. So, he lied about this also. And, it seems like he and his employees only recently adopted the bright yellow shirts. I wish Dr. Phil had watched all of the videos by Real World Police to get a more accurate depiction of Jeremy. There is so much more that he could have confronted him with.
