Wow ..i believe there is a relationship between Tonga and Africa...we love yams in Nigeria. its a staple.i just realised the yams eaten in Australia come mostly from Tonga.that brought me here
@@RastasNevaDie i really find your video inspiring. I was just wondering if i could have direct communication with you as i’m interested in importing yam to Australia from Tonga.
I'm watching you from Papua new guinea, and very much inspired in seeing our brothers and sisters getting into farming yam in they own land, that's the way to go,very much appreciated, keep up the good work, much love and Lord blessed.
very interesting and I think this yam project will help a lot of people in Tonga especially for drop out school young people for example. great model and interesting project ...
I'm from tonga and I can confirm that growing of Yam crops is VERY labour intensive and very dependent on the weather well atleast the top variety that is more preferred is.
Pig? Tongans plotted to plant something. Why not use leaves from most plants anyways. I'd have dish's of cooked leaves by the kilo, with regular seasoning and sauces, while the yams with it's purple signature after peeling the skin off is real the best type, farmer taught me something.
An Eye Fo An Eye , honest tongan grow organic yam 😂with no white powder in the inside, only evildoers ruined the integrity of the kingdom by there greedy desires
Thank you for your wonderful program on yam in Tonga island. Watching from Zambia. My name are Quintino Mulenga.

We actually got yams trading with the people of South America not Africa. The tongan name for it is kumala from the South American name “kumara.”
TONGAN WARRIOR toko, ufi is yams kumala is sweet potatoes...lose is not a traditional ufi it was introduced as it is more hardy to climate change
