CPU looks different when you put it back on the board, i think it is not the same. A little bit sad, because i thought i can follow your steps to make my phone back to life again.
@@obeadeah i bought it, and the other one is necessary too, but i broke my cpu when i try to separate it from the pcb, so if you want i can send it too you, i no need any more...
@@mosest394 lead free solder is brittle and has multiple components inside it which can separate or have contamination and don't hold agood seal.. which is part o fthe problem for v10. but also underfilled so thermal flex/etc. Lead is best chance this phone has. Cheers
@@mosest394 Lead free solder used in LG G3 is ok, but then LG started using different lead free solder in LG G4/V10 which caused massive epidemic of bootloops. Yes leaded solder is much better. Look at US military equipment. No lead free solder allowed in any critical military equipment!

So is this why it overheats and Bootloops at times? Is this the permanent fix?
Were some pads damaged on removal?
To fix bootloop. Problem do you have to reball the bottom chip as well or just the top one????

If you used leaded solder, this phone will probably be the most reliable V10 on the planet.
