I missed those times where MAMA is a battleground of legendary and iconic groups. Bigbang, SuJu, 2NE1, SNSD etc. Then EXO, who debuted in a transition year from 2nd to 3rd generations of idols. Imagine gow crazy it was for their fans to see a showdown between those groups
True, I missed those times when it's all about legendary groups and then there's EXO who are rookies at that time but we can already feel their power, the power that we feel from the legendary groups.

Jongdae eyebrows can fly I agree, MAMA now is ok, but before, men it was incomparable! I enjoyed every minute, every second! I want to go back to this era!
I just wished SM and YG artists could attend and perform again. That way we can have an event with all the popular kpop artists. My favorite part of these award shows outside of the performances is seeing idols interact with each other. Regardless of who wins what awards, kpop fans are the real winners if they can all the bests of the bests artists perform. These days it's mainly JYP, BigHit, and a few other popular groups. Can you imagine how iconic an award show with NCT (hopefully NCT Dream can also perform), Red Velvet, Exo, SuperM, BTS, Blackpink, Twice, Got7, (G)I-DLE, Seventeen, Mamamoo, Loona, and so much more would be?
So, I came here after yesterday's MAMA. I cannot help but notice the difference in the energy and quality of THIS performance and last night's. They slayed MAMA 2016 with their 3 wins, but THIS performance is and will always be their strongest and their BEST one. Still, I love you, EXO and will always support you guys no matter what. 😊
always and forever their best mama performance. not only were all 12 members here, Growl was the blink of their rise in popularity. it was my fave era. also the fact that kyungsoo performed with an injured ankle here.
Funfact: exo growl concept (school uniform, the dance, the melody, even their formation etc) is being inspiration of many group comeback concept untill now
The fact that D.O was injured during the whole performance screams professional to me. I remember seeing photos of him at the airport (on their way back to korea), smiling and waving to reassure fans that he was okay despite having to use crutches.

I was there when they debuted, watched their shows, liked and shared every EXO related topics, videos or pics, witnessed their moments. It was really hard to let go of OT12 especially when you're an EXOtic/EXOstan before you became an EXO-l. I miss EXO-K. I miss EXO-M. I miss everyone's superpowers even though I always cringe everytime I see their power symbols because I thought the concept was a bit childish but actually grew close to my heart. I will always be an OT12. And support them no matter what the 3 members' reason to part with the group. To me they filled my teenage memories. Even now at the age of 25 they are still the only boys close to my heart. Relationship be damned. I still got EXO
I think I stop being a fan of EXO when 3 members leave the group. But still like them tho, not to the extent that I always wait for their MV's like in the past. I am with them when they start their journey as an EXO members, I've been a fan since 2012 but stop stanning them.

웬만한 뮤비만큼 조회수 높네 ㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 이때 역대급이긴 했지... 엑소로 팬덤 대통합 되던 시절 무대 구성도 진짜 좋았다... 컨셉에 충실했던 ㅠ... 요즘은 진짜 모르는 그룹들 상당수에 비슷비슷한 무대들만 하는 것 같아서 안보게 됨 이젠 점점 노래 가사도 영어 비중이 높아지고 아예 해외 팬들 위주로 활동해버리는 그룹도 상당해서 ㅋㅋㅋ 외국에서는 인기 많은데 정작 한국 사람들은 잘 모르는 그룹들이 많아져서 속상함...
Much respect to Kyungsoo, even with a broken ankle he still managed to try and give his best. We can clearly see him nursing his foot when he jumped down wrongly at 1:08 and at 2:40 keeps on only using his left leg when they were supposed to switch, it must has hurt pretty bad..
I remember Kai confirmed in an interview that Kyungsoo endured the pain until the end and fainted right after the performance. Kai said that’s when he realized that Kyungsoo is really the MAN.

이야…진짜 이건 10년이 지나서봐도 무대 기획력 연출력 끝내주네… 저때 그 파워풀한 인기와.. 꼼꼼하고 섬세한 기획력이 합쳐져서 시너지를 내는모습 잘만들어진 영화하나 본거같네 에셈은 참 저런 신비주의 아이돌을 신비로운존재로 만들면서 캐릭터성을 부여하고 이런걸 정말 잘함…대중들이 정말 좋아할만한 그런 상품화를 되게 잘해..이무대는 정말 다시 나오기 힘든 레전드 무대인듯 늑대와미녀 으르렁 둘다 남자아이돌계에서 손꼽힐만큼 다시 나오기 힘든 노래에..안무에 무대에… 이건 그 둘을 합쳐서 또 완벽한 기획력이 합쳐진 무대… 돈도 돈이고 인기도 인기고 정말 대기업에서만 나올수있는 완벽함… 이맛에 엑소 좋아하긴했지
Here I am too , dear my grand children , in the year 2012 there is a kpop group , a great great kpop boy band group was formed by SM ent ., with a 12 talented , handsome and cute guys , the group is called EXO . We , their fans called exo-l . Am so happy and lucky to see them on their journey from OT12 until OT8 . It was a happy and brotherhood group but with a simple differences the OT12 became OT9 . We , their fans , they call us exo-l .
I feel hurt but really exceptionally proud of D.O. during this performance. It wasn't shown in this footage but he sprained his ankle badly when they jumped down the table. At 2:41 you can see him trying to lessen the pressure on his right foot but he still continued with this performance as if nothing happened. Proud of you D.O.! 😭😭💕💕💕
OMG your right if you pay attention to his foot work you can tell something is wrong, DO handled that better than I would've because if I sprained my ankle like that is sure as heck wouldn't be able to perform as flawlessly as he did.
The fact that D.O. suffered and endured his sprained/broken ankle while he performed these two long ass songs both hurts and warms my heart knowing that he-and everyone else-go through so much just to entertain us. Goddamn, it looked like it really hurt too and at some points he had to literally stand on it. He isn't my main or my ultimate bias, but he's definitely on my list. I really love D.O.
The dance break part just looks like they're genuinely having fun instead of being all professional and charismatic. Especially just look at Kai occasionally grinning, he's enjoying performing on-stage and not just performing cuz it's his job. Now THIS is what I want to see and love!
Y'all D.O sprained/broke his ankle at the very beginning of the performance, but he played it cool & professional anda nobody noticed a thing. Literally minutes after this performance Kyungsoo was taken to the hospital and couldn't be there with them to accept their "Album Of The Year" award.
I knoww, luhan is such a great dancer but during growl he dancing beside lay, exo’s 2nd main dancer and it’s obvi that lay’s dancing skill is better than him but that part during him and kai solo battle after performing growl he indeed did a really2 great job

Lol We literally were having the highest vote but out of no where when the voting time was going to stop, other group suddenly having highest vote. Mama removed exo’s video (they said they wanted to fix the quality and the views were back to zero agin and this affected the vote result) In 2017 we were literally having the highest vote for 5 cathegory but msnake only gave exo 1 thropy. As a fan since 2013, luhan and kris were the most popular member in exo M but not as a whole group, since their predebut kai and sehun were already popular, Baekhyun chanyeol and Kyungsoo became extremely popular very quickly in MAMA era , xiumin began trending in korea after wolf and growl era, even when 3 of them still in exo the most popular members were baekhyun, sehun, chanyeon and luhan, even in china the most streamed group there is EXO and sehun extreamly popular there even more than china members. Kyungsoo performing 100% despite being injured. Other EXO members also giving their 100% despite injuries. Not a word of complaint from them, just telling their fans to not worry about them. Meanwhile *that* other group loves to show off how they almost fainted after a performance, no injuries whatsoever. I stan a group who puts talent and dedication before getting sympathy votes.

I just wished SM and YG artists could attend and perform again. That way we can have an event with all the popular kpop artists. My favorite part of these award shows outside of the performances is seeing idols interact with each other. Regardless of who wins what awards, kpop fans are the real winners if they can all the bests of the bests artists perform. These days it's mainly JYP, BigHit, and a few other popular groups. Can you imagine how iconic an award show with NCT (hopefully NCT Dream can also perform), Red Velvet, Exo, SuperM, BTS, Blackpink, Twice, Got7, (G)I-DLE, Seventeen, Mamamoo, Loona, and so much more would be?
So, I came here after yesterday's MAMA. I cannot help but notice the difference in the energy and quality of THIS performance and last night's. They slayed MAMA 2016 with their 3 wins, but THIS performance is and will always be their strongest and their BEST one. Still, I love you, EXO and will always support you guys no matter what. 😊

The fact that D.O was injured during the whole performance screams professional to me. I remember seeing photos of him at the airport (on their way back to korea), smiling and waving to reassure fans that he was okay despite having to use crutches.

I was there when they debuted, watched their shows, liked and shared every EXO related topics, videos or pics, witnessed their moments. It was really hard to let go of OT12 especially when you're an EXOtic/EXOstan before you became an EXO-l. I miss EXO-K. I miss EXO-M. I miss everyone's superpowers even though I always cringe everytime I see their power symbols because I thought the concept was a bit childish but actually grew close to my heart. I will always be an OT12. And support them no matter what the 3 members' reason to part with the group. To me they filled my teenage memories. Even now at the age of 25 they are still the only boys close to my heart. Relationship be damned. I still got EXO

웬만한 뮤비만큼 조회수 높네 ㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 이때 역대급이긴 했지... 엑소로 팬덤 대통합 되던 시절 무대 구성도 진짜 좋았다... 컨셉에 충실했던 ㅠ... 요즘은 진짜 모르는 그룹들 상당수에 비슷비슷한 무대들만 하는 것 같아서 안보게 됨 이젠 점점 노래 가사도 영어 비중이 높아지고 아예 해외 팬들 위주로 활동해버리는 그룹도 상당해서 ㅋㅋㅋ 외국에서는 인기 많은데 정작 한국 사람들은 잘 모르는 그룹들이 많아져서 속상함...

Much respect to Kyungsoo, even with a broken ankle he still managed to try and give his best. We can clearly see him nursing his foot when he jumped down wrongly at 1:08 and at 2:40 keeps on only using his left leg when they were supposed to switch, it must has hurt pretty bad..

이야…진짜 이건 10년이 지나서봐도 무대 기획력 연출력 끝내주네… 저때 그 파워풀한 인기와.. 꼼꼼하고 섬세한 기획력이 합쳐져서 시너지를 내는모습 잘만들어진 영화하나 본거같네 에셈은 참 저런 신비주의 아이돌을 신비로운존재로 만들면서 캐릭터성을 부여하고 이런걸 정말 잘함…대중들이 정말 좋아할만한 그런 상품화를 되게 잘해..이무대는 정말 다시 나오기 힘든 레전드 무대인듯 늑대와미녀 으르렁 둘다 남자아이돌계에서 손꼽힐만큼 다시 나오기 힘든 노래에..안무에 무대에… 이건 그 둘을 합쳐서 또 완벽한 기획력이 합쳐진 무대… 돈도 돈이고 인기도 인기고 정말 대기업에서만 나올수있는 완벽함… 이맛에 엑소 좋아하긴했지

I feel hurt but really exceptionally proud of D.O. during this performance. It wasn't shown in this footage but he sprained his ankle badly when they jumped down the table. At 2:41 you can see him trying to lessen the pressure on his right foot but he still continued with this performance as if nothing happened. Proud of you D.O.! 😭😭💕💕💕

The fact that D.O. suffered and endured his sprained/broken ankle while he performed these two long ass songs both hurts and warms my heart knowing that he-and everyone else-go through so much just to entertain us. Goddamn, it looked like it really hurt too and at some points he had to literally stand on it. He isn't my main or my ultimate bias, but he's definitely on my list. I really love D.O.

The dance break part just looks like they're genuinely having fun instead of being all professional and charismatic. Especially just look at Kai occasionally grinning, he's enjoying performing on-stage and not just performing cuz it's his job.

Y'all D.O sprained/broke his ankle at the very beginning of the performance, but he played it cool & professional anda nobody noticed a thing. Literally minutes after this performance Kyungsoo was taken to the hospital and couldn't be there with them to accept their "Album Of The Year" award.

Lol We literally were having the highest vote but out of no where when the voting time was going to stop, other group suddenly having highest vote. Mama removed exo’s video (they said they wanted to fix the quality and the views were back to zero agin and this affected the vote result) In 2017 we were literally having the highest vote for 5 cathegory but msnake only gave exo 1 thropy.
As a fan since 2013, luhan and kris were the most popular member in exo M but not as a whole group, since their predebut kai and sehun were already popular, Baekhyun chanyeol and Kyungsoo became extremely popular very quickly in MAMA era , xiumin began trending in korea after wolf and growl era, even when 3 of them still in exo the most popular members were baekhyun, sehun, chanyeon and luhan, even in china the most streamed group there is EXO and sehun extreamly popular there even more than china members. Fan favorite? Kris stole fans attention bcs of exo show time but baekhyun and sehun were the fan favorite, other exoL member were extreamly popular too even when kris luhan tao still with exo.
