Well if you do your research instead of crying it doesn’t take long to find how much each of roosters players are earning at the club.. you also forget that a lot of those players are recruited for less money compared to what other clubs offer them.. David Fifita literally turned down an offer from the 3x premiers that offered him more money than the chooks did 🤷♀️
When they play there they are earnings peanuts, because 30 players all agree to take unders to play for the greatest club in world sport. But when they leave, they free up millions under the salary cup. Hands up anyone who is not a Roosters fan but believes they're legit.

The Roosters have never been caught exceeding the cap, if you have proof come forward.
@@chris07081 Nobody is ever "caught". Every salary cap breach has only been uncovered because of whistleblowers. So if a club only has one or two people who know the whole picture, and they are looked after, then it's impossible for them to be caught. The fact that Easts have never been "caught" doesn't mean anything. But every fan can see their squad and do simple maths and see that it comes nowhere near fitting under the so-called salary cap.

Do the NRL expect us to believe all the third party deals at the Roosters are made at arms length? Please. They brag about the investment opportunities and after footy opportunities they provide to players as a reason why they have a team worth 5 million more than other clubs. The game is broken.

Ponga looks uninterested this year. He’s turned out to be a bit of an ordinary buy for Knights.
Why are third party deals even allowed is a question that needs answering by the NRL who claim the salary cap "evens" the playing field..
Make ALL third parties agreements public so at least fans know the true value of their roster verses every clubs roster but of course that will expose the salary "cap" as a badly flawed system.
It will also make losing to some teams less hurtful when fans know their opposition roster is being paid millions more hence attracting the best talent.
While third party agreements are allowed clubs with access to rich third party deals will almost always reign supreme.
The NRL have denied investigating this? What’s the story about then? 😂

@@48Ender48 He is a great player but if Armstrong consistently plays well at fullback, they can move Kalyn to the centres if Gagai leaves next season or let Kalyn explore options at other clubs. This can free money up to look at buying another right centre if Gagai leaves. They can sign players like Lucas and Armstrong to longer term contracts.

Knight's do just as well without him, should spend that money elsewhere. Knights could be a top 4 team consistently. Imagine having your dad come in and snitch on the club when his already on unreal money. When Ponga is not playing the chemistry the knights have is incredible. Don't get me wrong he is a great player but not worth that money and not made for the knights. Anyway please investigate the Roosters, especially with them about to sign David Fifita. Ponga would suit a team like Melbourne where the playmakers run thru the centre ready for an offload but his gonna have to halve his wage and we all know Ponga loves the $$$ more then footy.
