One of New Britain's hidden gems. Making world class firearms in the same place the world's best woodworking tools were made a century before.
And 1 of more than a handful of gun and gun accessory manufacturers all located in New Britain.

Not fair… I’m in my ‘70s and I’d have loved to have had my working career in that factory. Kid in a candy store syndrome… Loved the video!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING !!! i happened to be driving through New Brittan one day, heard of this place before, and thought I'd stop in for a look-see for like a half hour...3 hours latter, I had to tear myself away..If you in any way appreciate ultra premium fine guns, this is the best gun room I've ever seen, and I've seen all of the "London's Best" TRULLY MUEUSEUM QUALITY. Bring a bib, and prepare to drool. The guns of kings live here. The odd thing is, its VERY HARD TO FIND. Using my GPS, I drove back and forth on the main road, GPS kept telling me to turn arround. I eventually had to call the receptionist to walk me in by sight conversation, turns out, its down this little dirt, pot holder driveway, then you turn a corner, and there is this massive lookin, generic industrial building, even the public entrance is hard to find. Eventually, very underwhelmed, I made it through the roght door, to a little window with admin staff on the other side, they assured me I wasn't lost, go down the hallway, and through this door...Thinking I was going to be very let down, I did so....AND HOLLY SHIT !!! I have never been so amazed in my life....down the little pot marked driveway, lies a gun room with MILLIONS of Dollars of the finest guns you have ever seen...guaranteed. Ever seen a double barreled dual bolt action gun before ? Niether had I. Racks and racks of $ 30K hand built shotguns, with wood so nice you just want to lick it. Its just not ever in the place you'd think the kind of guy who has that kind of bling would ever contemplate going...leave your credit cards at home, or else your going to wind up how you're ever going to pay off the 2nd mortgage you just took out on your house, or sold off your 401K...Man, wha a place...makes you wish you studied harder in school...Run, while you still can. PHENOMENAL, is the understatement of the world when it comes to this place....If they charged admission to walk through the door, I'd pay it !!!! Just SO SO NICE....Now, whens that lost billionaire uncle going to call me :-(

I think they bought one of the buildings from the former Stanley works and its tucked away at the end of the rail siding which is why it's hard to find. I've lived in New Britain my whole life and only learned about them a few years back.

Screw slots a look a little off and one seems to be slightly buggered. Would never be the case in any original Parker. On others, forend wood often slightly proud of forend iron. Not good for me. Nice variety though.

I don't think that the wood should be proud of the metal. I haven't noticed that on Boss, Purdey or Fabbri guns.

CT makes great guns, but sadly they’ve become hucksters for assault type weapons…something Purdy, Boss, or McKay Brown would never do…

Every kid had a lever action BB gun, every kid had a Winchester 30-30; evolution has progressed to the point where every kid now has an AR-15. It’s America’s current 30-30.

I just think they are overpriced. I get the details. I get the name. Pretty sure lasers can engrave me a better piece. I think people haven't got to true customs yet. True custom is putting your own designs on your gun. If I could have it my way, you don't want to know. Like the checkering would be graphics instead on top of another raised engraved on the wood. Think about that. The engravings on the metal will be modern like with trout or Statue of Liberty up closed...much like a tattoo. Yall just don't know.
