P.s I know you aren’t looking for sympathy and I know some people are going through worse then you but that doesn’t mean you can’t feel the way that you do. I realized in my own like that it is okay for myself to feel sad, or stressed or angry because that’s my feelings. We should be uplifting people and not pushing people down. What I’m trying to say is, yes people might be going thru worse but it doesn’t mean that how you are feeling isn’t valid, because it is. You have real like stresses and it is okay to be stressed and overwhelmed. You just wants to find ways to calm your nervous so you aren’t stressed all day everyday. But maybe should...Sharing our daily lives with our S.O. is very important & that includes the stresses we have. Nobody is going to think bad of you if you share. Getting those things out in the open will be a great stress relief for you. It's not complaining. At least we don't think so. There seems to be a lot of people that care about you. You are very fortunate to have that. It's good to share some burdens. Let us help you with that😊

I went through some crazy stuff with my colon and had the same stuff. I had to have life threatening surgery and now have a colostomy bag. Keep doing you bro and let people in, you gotta open up! It was so hard for me too and my life is completely flipped. You got this!
