How to prevent the driver of the fleet from misleading the tracking system

- For the past 13 years, I've been following a number of stories about drivers cheating tracking systems.
Your company can not allow a driver to cheat a system that is used to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
If you make an investment in the fleet with the objective of real-time monitoring and logistics, this feature can not be overlooked.
We already had a case in the Contele Tracker, where the installer went to check a device that was not working.
Arriving there, the installer saw that the panel was loose and wired.
In this case, it was found that the driver of the fleet was taking the tracker for private purposes.
So I made this video showing what actions you should take to avoid these abuses.
✅ How to prevent drivers from misusing the vehicle?
The basic thing your business needs to have is a well-defined fleet policy.
Fleet policy is a document drawn up with the participation of all sectors that involve the fleet of a company vehicles.
The document is where everything related to the use of the company's vehicles is organized, from the management of suppliers to the internal procedures of the sectors involved with the fleet in the company.

After having a well-established policy, with all signatures, you should apply warnings to drivers who misuse the vehicle.

✅ How do you know when a driver cheats the tracking system?
When developing enterprise tracking software, one of the main ideas is to monitor fleets with reporting and analysis.
This same system gives more legal certainty to companies and even to drivers.
In the Contele Tracker, there are Event features, such as:
- KM Reminder Reached, for scheduled revisions and maintenance;
- Speeding in and out of the electronic fence;
- Warnings of stopped car with motor on after a set time;
- Inputs and outputs of the areas that you delimit;
- Use of company vehicles outside the allowed hours.
In addition to these events, they help the fleet manager better control the company's vehicles and reduce costs.
We developed the function that I show in the video, which tells us if the wire of the tracker module has been disconnected.
If the driver disconnects the wire, or chops with pliers, the manager will receive a notification by email.

O pessoal do rastreamento também poderiam ser mais corretos e respeitosos ,pois quando paramos para descansar,sempre disparam o alarme,e eu pergunto,cabe advertência tbm?
Infelizmente existem profissionais ruins em todos os cargos.
No meu caso sou um motorista profissional e muito responsável ontem mesmo toquei 18 horas direto parei para dormir e o rastreamento 2 horas da manhã dispara mandei a localização de onde eu estou que é onde uma rede não é abastece 2:20 disparou de novo 2:40 disparou de novo acorda a gente não dorme como o que que eu faço nesse caso aí vocês não quer que os motorista desliga o rastreamento faz alguma coisa se põe no nosso lugar

Se eu isolar o rastreador com papel laminado e com papel de biscoito consigo burlar ?
Vai depender o tipo de rastreador.
O nosso não bloqueia com papel alumínio.
Água com sal no fio, urina e tá tudo certo. Cria zinabre no fio em pouco tempo

Vcs dos rastreamento são todos mal educado e não sabem como tratar um motorista profissional,, na minha opinião vcs são todos despreparados ok ,,, vcs só atrapalham nossas jornadas isso sim ....
Realmente existem muitos profissionais despreparados, porém não são todos.
O objetivo aqui não fui generalizar os motoristas, e sim resolver apenas aqueles que tem má fé.
