but what do you feed them to kill them? what is the name of the chemical control?
Get an electric fly swatter. I knock them off the leaf onto the swatter electrocute them and then smash them.
Once adult beetle emerges- how long do they live? Is the Dylox kid n creature friendly? Thanks bunches......patty
Adults live 6-8 weeks.
Wish there were more pictures with this to show how they look. Although I have seen grubs before, but with this, would have been perfect.

So you don't really need to treat grubs in spring for lawns since they won't do alot of damage ?
They may not be as damaging then, but the really draw in moles at that size.
That is not true. Our lawn took a ton of damage from them this spring.
