How long can the product last before u can use it ,because I would have to buy in small quantity until I get enough to cover my house.

It can last years in storage as long as it is sealed properly

I use to tell people one year but after going to a house on see left over trowel on dear for ten years still good so now I think safe ok to tell people ten years now one's it keep in a cool place
