I believe that it is a BeaverCraft C15. As you can see the handle and blade have been modified. Their knives have been decent, but I can't recommend their gouges. I will try to do a video showing how the modifications were made.
The pumpkin/gourd shape is fun and easy to carve. When carved out of pine and finished with oil (not painted) it looks kind of like an onion; and onions are delicious.
