I like the Yaz and Tiny Archibald cards, we used to call Twardzik "The Pinball" for the way he would go to the hoop back in the days when you got bounced around like one as you went through the key. 😂
Nice pickups Mike! Love those SSPC cards! I believe all the photos used on the cards in that set were taken at Shea Stadium! The Hostess panels are awesome!
Hey Jim, yes those SSPC cards were all pretty much taken at Shea Stadium. You also see a lot of American league players at Shea because Yankee stadium was under renovation and Shea was also used for the Yankees home games. Thanks for watching brother. ✌️
You don't see crossmarketing between The Food Companies and The Card Companies Kingman and White Sign for $5.00 I just sent out some Logo Photos to some former ABA Players.I remember when the Nets got Archibald he was supposed to feed the ball to Dr J But the Nets to be able to afford the fee to get into the NBA Sold Dr J to the Hot Corners Sixers Baines used to sign for free then started charging $20.00 bucks Most of those Mets Cards do TTM Down Town Ollie Brown played for Mikes Phillies Lenny Randle is alive,he lives in Italy Lenny became a Met when he Punched out his manager with Texas,Frank Lucchesi who Managed Mikes Phillies and He was McCarvers manager with the Phillies You got some great stuff Send that Bengals Button he QB'd those 81 Bengals Great content Thanks for Sharing
