I love seeing you all sitting around playing music. It takes me back to my childhood when my family did the same thing. I never played an instrument. But I loved listening.
👋🙏🧡🙏👋Mr. Paul and Miss Wilson, Thank you so much for lifting me up today. May God bless you both for spreading his message through hymns and songs. Keep your heads held high and your heart generously giving so many the pleasure of talents. Always your friend, Jennifer, South Mississippi.👋🙏🧡👋
Praying for you! Love you All…the Judds were raised in our home town…in fact my sisters sister-in-law use to live on the same street and babie sit for the two girls.
Good morning! That was a great morning pick me up!! Better than a cup of coffee to get one going! ....of course coffee drinkers would probably disagree, but I love music. It's a gift to the soul. Thank you for sharing 💜
WOW !!! I had to go back & listen to that again. The train was REALLY GOOD !!! I've never heard a train sound using a guitar & a violin. Wait a minute. I want to hear that again. YEP !!! I liked that !!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Now I'm going to see if I can find 'Working On The Building ' . I love that song.
Excellent playing as usual! The parts where you play it to sound like the train whistle are an extra bonus. Thanks for this enjoyable Kitchen Session 🎶😊
Thanks, Robin. What's a good train song without some musical train sounds? :-) In Stonewall Jackson's recording of the song, the steel guitar creates the whistle sound, though it's more abbreviated than what we did in our version.
Thanks, Jamie! Hope you’re doing well. Happy Thanksgiving to you too! Please holler at me if you want to play any tennis or music over your Christmas break!
That is a feel good song for sure. Thank you for sharing this . I remember back in the late 70's there use to be a steam powered locomotive come by where I worked in Bessemer City, North Carolina. You could hear the whistle coming from a long way off and the track was very close to the mill . Everybody would stop what they were doing to get a glimpse of the train with the coal car. But there was nothing like the whistle of that locomotive.
That was supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, y'all! So superior to the awful noise the music industry pushes on us. I love hearing real talent from folks like you. Your music moves us in such a healthy vibrational energy. So uplifting! Thank you for sharing!
@@BlindPigAndTheAcorn Thanks Team. While I did not get my Paternal Irish Family's musical and voice gift, I was granted a process to discern voice (pronunciation and diction). What I hear here, is "tops" :)
Such a gifted family of musicians. Blesses all that hear them.
Love to hear granny sing with sons. She has such an angelic voice. Beautiful.
That was FANTASTIC!!! 🎉🎉🎉
Oh my, you all should be on stage…so many people are missing such a blessing
More! More! Uncle Paul and the twins make a fabulous trio! What an awesome song too!
Congratulations, Paul, on getting Corie and Katie to sit in with you on this classic train song. Well done! 👍
Thanks, Noah. They're about like trying to herd cats. :-)
Wow! What a foot “tappin” and knee “slappin” song! Loved it! 😊🚂
Yes, Peg, it is a toe-tapper for sure! :-)
I love seeing you all sitting around playing music. It takes me back to my childhood when my family did the same thing. I never played an instrument. But I loved listening.

Biscuit time, so good! 😊

OMGoodness, I really like this one! Poor Katie wanted to sing along, but obviously wasn't supposed to for this one must be.
Thanks, Tony. Yes, Katie was just barely holding it back. We experimented with 3-part harmony but just didn't have time to work it all out.
Awesome!!! Yall r so talented!! Katie's 'train whistle' just set the tone for the whole song!
Thanks, Johnny! Nothing like a fiddle making a lonesome train sound! :-)
Great talent here. Love to hear them. Katie set it off. 😊 Patti
