- In this one, we will travel out east to Havana's Soviet constructed city. Alamar of Havana Province was a community constructed during the Cold War using Soviet style prefabricated buildings. Although Cuba is no longer socialist, there is a strong sense of community in Alamar and of course, plenty of sugar-babies awaiting their knights with shining visas.

Bro, Cuba is my country and at times I’m really upset watching anything on Cuba. But when you bit the pizza and went mmmm I know you were lying, the worse pizza I’ve had in my life was in Cuba.
At the time…. It tasted good because I was starving…. But objectively speaking…. The Pizza is usually no good.
Lmao, i left cuba last week and ill confirm the pizza was very bad. I tried asking for a refund (forgot i wasn't in America) they laughed at me lol. Beautiful country but food is definitely different than America
The food is generally a lot more natural and less chemicals. It digests better as well. There are a few pizza places that are quite good but most is not so good. The worst pizza I’ve ever had was Heinz Pizza in Tennessee. It was horrible. Second was in Venezuela.
Why would anyone want to travel to the ghetto??? Probably to have sex with some good rats. That’s indirectly supporting communism and the tour guide is a human trafficker.
Yeah you a right bro, I live in south Florida and have yet to find a tasty Cuban Pizza. It’s just not the same

Bro K. Again top marks on this one. The suburbs offer a much different view for tourists. As not a lot of tourists visit these areas, when they do, the people are more genuine in their interest of you, not your money. There are beaches (Guanabo) and ergo, chicas. Lauper sang, GIRLS JUST WANT TO HAVE FUN. Then there is the cafecito, unmatched, flavorful, inexpensive. Like a mulatta, hot, black and strong. Guys imagine waking up in her bedroom, in her parent's apartment, and she serves you coffee in bed. Heaven on Earth. Saludos de Canada

I’d love to visit Alamar! It’s good to hear you speak about the Soviet influence as well as the African spiritual influence on Cuban life.
That shared taxi out to Alamar will soon cost a lot more that “. . . .a little less than a dollar”, as the price of gas is going up exponentially. It has been supplied (mostly bartered) for decades by Russia & Venezuela and sold to consumers for a fraction of international market price but both sources have dried up.
I saw that in the news yesterday….. I was questioning whether the scourge dried up or or is the government going to try to make a little money off of drivers..

yummie. when i visited cuba 1987 east german sauerkraut been served in every hotel, restaurant as a side dish. sugar was rationed but great ladas on the road. 1 Dollar changed to 100 pesos on the streets.
One has to be from Jamaica to have different perspective on Cuba from common ones that are boring stereotypes that can't be further from the truth.

Your connection will be in Miami (American or Delta)
Fort Lauderdale or Tampa (Southwest)
Houston (United)
At your connection flight to Havana gate there will be a individual selling visas for $100 bucks… Buy the visa…. They will stamp only the visa in Havana.
You have to select a reason for travel when booking your flight…. You are flying to “Support (for) the Cuban People”
The day before your flight or day of…. Complete the Cuban migration form online and save the QR code.
You could also go through Canada…. Mexico or Panama 😈.

Wow.... the only place in the world where housing prices have dropped. ie the apartments at Infanta near San Rafael (north east side) sold for $25k. A tiny studio apartment which I used to stay in Vedado near Infanta went for $14k. That was around 6 - 7 years ago ..... when people in the city were robbing the system blind
