At 12:24 your video shows the rotating circular cage that you spent great detail in describing how to build, but we are suddenly witness to a new and critical component spinning at a higher speed inside of this cage; a very necessary part of the shelling operation that you never once talked about while building the unit - you call them "the flappers" but I have no idea what they are made of or how they are attached to the 3/4" shaft. Are you purposefully omitting that critical detail, or did you forget it, or did I somehow miss their design parameters when watching videos 1 & 2?
