This was a good episode, so many things I need to figure out I need to learn. Also I had to make sure I came back to this video and mention, each time a podcast is released it looks like I've already watched it with the red border across the bottom. >
Such a good episode with lots of useful info for those of us just starting out. The things that I know I don't know that I don't know are what scare me, hehe. Luckily podcasts like these make those fewer and fewer.
As always GREAT INFORMATION! You hit all my struggles. I created my LLC 2015; play tested my 5 games steadily for 3 years and stopped until 2021. All the while, I read over a dozen books about forming a business, leadership, and creating boardgames. Our website became active 2021 and Game Crafters delivered our 1st game 9/22. I resisted with BGG 3/22 but didn't complete submission until last week. Artist are currently working on our 2nd game, but I've have no community. Working digitally and creating content may be my biggest struggle. This episode is all over me.......
