It's like her freshman year was at fifteen and if you think carefully her birthday is on December 13th so she turned 16 in that same school year... They do it diferently. But I think she was still in Pennysilvania when she was on 4rd grade so they probably also do it diferently there or she started school late because in Pennysilvaia they do it later so she had to start later in Tennesse too but IDK
