OH MY GOSH I feel the exact same way! With my old form I was able to swish from logo range and now I can’t shoot from logo range anymore😢 because I changed my form. So I will work my way up to logo range.

J tell your coach how you feel. And like I stated in one of my recent vids.... you may be 6ft and play center but try doing that against high level talent, you will get dominated. Always good to work on everything although your role may be operating in the paint
I was complaining about not being able to shoot threes anymore because I changed my jumpshot. Well I spend nights in the gym just shooting until my arms burn and now my shots fine. I can hit deep threes now and it’s great.
I used to be a bucket but then I broke my leg and didn’t play for almost a year and when I came back I was ass now i mostly got my skill back but my jump shot is a little different now and isn’t as consistent and I can’t change it hopefully this will help thanks for the tips!

How do you improve the upper body part of your jumper? My base is good but it's just that part
Destine Arungwa find out whatever’s the problem with your upper body then find a solution to fix it.
just got done tryouts. I would say I did good, I lockdown players and got a few steals and made smart passes.
Nah, only scored 2 or 3 baskets. I should have been more aggressive. Locked my man down so hard, he couldn't score a single basket and turned it over.
