...HOLY SHIT!...from horizontal take-off to 7g pull-vertical ascension in a 2-3 secs. time - LOOP! - and another 6-7g vertical pull! I'd have probably spilled my guts and puke all over the cockpit, passing away ten times within the first 15 secs! XD...this thing "oozes" POWER from every "pore"! :D
Just Awesome! I want to become a jet fighter pilot and i can say : Eurofighter Typhoon it's a monster ! Advanced Technology +Very Impressive Performance in Maneuvers = a Beast!
I was looking for a display I saw in the mid 80's at Farnborough where the pilot stalled the plane by flying vertically. He held the line and brought the nose down into a dive. I'm no expert but it was very impressive. I remember he was a pilot from the Italian Air Force.
it's true! italian pilots have a training sooo hard that during three years and more ! in this three years in a military accademy the pilot do the special forces military training and study aeronautics, strategic sciences and aerospace engineering... at the start the recruits are 800-1000 but the places for future pilots are only 50 !!
Raffaele Beltrame: un gran pilota!! Superbo display. Mai vista prima la manovra a 6:34. Nessuna manovra forzata o strappata. Raffaele Beltrame: Superb Pilot. Never seen before the manouvre at 6;34.
Eurofighter 2000 Typhoon is a beast. Has equivalent dynamic performance as the most extreme Russian jets and the avionics (electronics) gimmicks of the F-35.
@@wizedo not quite as super dynamic.. see a lot on the UK.. most impressive but not often seen is the very low speed agility of Eurofighter and its highly impressive acceleration. It is a truely capable but proven intercepter
I have no idea if thid plane is good or bad, but I like to look at it. It flies like a dream, by the looks of it. And please refrain from generalistic nationalistic comments. That is so childish.
Stanfall I guess what you mean is "unstable", so it can´t be flown without help of computers on board. That´s true for quite all modern combatplanes. If they were unaerodynamic this would just mean a waste of thrust due to unecessary drag.
TyphoonDelta1 I'm a Yank and am just as impressed by the Typhoon as anyone else is. Country of origin matters not to me and I like the Yak 3, Fw-190, F/A 18, Spitfire, Hurricane, Martin Baker MB 5,, Su 37 and P-39 as much as I like anything else. But the Typhoon DOES have an aura about it unequaled by any other modern fighter. It's my favorite.
The cost per aircraft that you're referring to likely includes all the costs of development, testing, production etc divided by the number of aircraft produced. The cost per additional aircraft manufactured was actually quite a bit lower (around $120m iirc - could be slightly off)
I disagree, Italian pilots have a certain skill that others can't duplicate. The best acrobatic team of pilots are Italian (frece tre colori). Italians have wowed the world with the best pilots, motorcycle riders, race car drivers etc.
explain me mow this +9g loop makes it easy to get shot down? any other plane will tear apart (specially the craptor family) if they try to go beyound 9G, this plane does it with ease on a show display
India chose Rafale due to a number of factors: India has a long military equipment relationship with France and relations are politically very solid. India's main fear with the Typhoon was that it could face a legally mandated parts and supply boycott from the Typhoon's partner nations (Gernmany, Spain, and Italy) if it were involved in a war with which any of them did not fully agree. Also, the Rafale unlike the Eurofighter can currently perform ground interdiction missions
Italians also made at least one fighter which worked quite well, the Fiat G.50 Frecchia achieved some success in Finland from 1939, and the story is quite interesting.
German Lufwaffe experts were sent to Italy during WW2 to have a look at the Freccia and other aircrafts made by Caproni. When they come back they summed up the results statig that the plane was the best the Axis had. Better the Messerschmits ad Focke Wulfs ad ordered mass production of the G50 for both Luftwaffe and Italian Royal Air Force, but as you say it was quite late i the war.
there is a couple wot can probley out turn the eurofighter with thrust vectoring it makes it turn alot quicker plus it can take off on a shorter runway

Incredibly talented pilot!
Les italiens sont vraiment top ds les démonstrations.

i believe it's designed un-aerodynamic on purpose to put it at an advantage in a dogfight. Either way it is definitely a magnificent aircraft.
