- Kill the cheerleader in your mind saying "this good" or "this is bad for me", instead be lucid in regards to what is really happening in front of you; - Make sure that your actions are not driven by cravings, aversion or intention; - Have the patience and flexibility to cope with things that have never happened before in the market; - The more trades you make, the more you get to know yourself; - The people who aren't getting what they want are easier to predict than the people who are getting what they want; - A failed sell signal is a better buy signal than a buy signal and a failed buy signal is a better sell signal than a sell signal, this represents people's expectations not getting fulfilled; - Release yourself from the need for things to make sense, it doesn't make sense because you aren't seeing the thing that is affecting it right in front of you right now, release yourself from logic and get in step with the process that is happening; - Be really quick to admit you are wrong and remain respectful of your opposition in your trades; - If you experience anxiety choose curiosity.
