Maybe because of its length. 2hrs30 require lots of patience.The average film runs between 90 and 120 minutes. Anything beyond that put a lot of people off. And the world film industry has determined 90 minutes as the ideal average length.
I just love the part that Ekene grew to love Chizoba and leave the disrespectful gold digger. She had a good friend too.
Kenneth Nwadike is very versatile❤️❤️, Chioma Nwosu is something else (so mouthed😃😃), this movie is a master piece, l thoroughly enjoyed it.

This is a wonderful story with strong lessons. Kenneth and Angela ate their roles. Anthony's character had no, well, character. He demonstrates an apex smooth and heartless user with absolutely no shame. Actually, he and Nnedi were a match in that respect.And Mama, as is her standard, gave an A+ performance. I loved the way that Kenneth' s friend counseled him but not so much Angela's friend. And who has heard Angela sing? She has a beautiful and arresting voice.

This movie reminds me, like Ekene, I had an uncle who didn't get far in school, but you can't fool him with money. He went to sail young, built properties, bought land, in fact an estate from a white man from the planters class, my uncle became one of the biggest farmer, and one of the richest man in his community.

Kenneth Nadine is not given the flowers he deserves. This guy is such a versatile and talented actor. He can play any role he is given and is so funny in this movie with his naïveté and bad English. Anthony Woode is also my guy but I’m just focusing on Ken today.❤
