Marinating the Chicken
2 tbsp Curd
1 tbsp Ginger, Garlic & Green Chilli Paste
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Salt (as required)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
500 gms Chicken Breast (cut into strips)
1 cup Spring Roll Sheets cut into juliennes)
For Frying
Oil

Looks fantastic. Just wanted to know whether we fry the chicken straight from the deep freezer (frozen)??
It's better if u bring it to room temperature before frying. Otherwise it will only get cooked from outside.
Me Mrs Kavita Bhandarkar I tried out ur recipe but when fried turned little brown not like urs light pinkish then again went through the recipe it say it has to be kept in deep freezer I have done it now tonight I will fry n get back to be fried in medium flame right but taste was awesome
