That's why she continued to live near her ex and suffered the humiliation of being bullied by these ignorant, despicable pair of mother and son. She didn't want her daughter to go through what she had gone through and made the mistake of leaving the family home through early marriage and suffered humiliation and bullying. It's not that she still wanted to get back with her ex husband. She wanted to move on, on her own and not also dependent on anyone not even her parents. Dr Han her boss could see all these and fell in love with her for trying to make her own way with Mo Li and being strong.
I am glad she didn't waste her time and effort in doing that. He's not worth dirtying her hands with his blood ... also don't see what the current girlfriend saw in him too. 😊
